What if someone in our group has zero artistic talent?

Absolutely! Most of our networking event participants in Klaipėda have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on the 'fun' in functional networking, ensuring everyone feels like a pro by the end of the session. It is about the shared experience and creative spark, not just the technical skill.

How does graffiti actually help with networking?

Networking happens naturally when people are out of their comfort zones! Unlike stiff mixers, a graffiti workshop breaks the ice instantly through collaborative tasks. Participants often discuss their designs, help each other with techniques, and work on a 'big picture' together. In Klaipėda, we find that the relaxed, maritime atmosphere of the city combined with the tactile nature of spray painting creates much deeper professional bonds than a standard boardroom chat.

Where in Klaipėda do these networking events take place?

While we love the authentic vibe of the harbour, we usually host our Klaipėda networking events at various partner locations or we can come to your chosen venue. We use low-odour, professional-grade sprays and protective gear, making it possible to set up in many outdoor or well-ventilated indoor spaces. If you have a specific spot in mind near the Danė River or the Old Town, just let us know and we will check the logistics!

Is the paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks, protective suits, and gloves for every guest. Our instructors are seasoned professionals who manage the spray zone to ensure a clean and safe environment. We also use premium spray cans that are safer and have less impact on the environment than standard hardware-store paints. You can focus on making connections while we handle the safety details.

How long does a typical session last?

A standard creative networking session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes the initial briefing, skill practice, the main collaborative project, and a final 'gallery walk' where everyone can admire the work while exchanging business cards. We find this timeframe is the 'sweet spot' for keeping energy high and ensuring everyone has plenty of time to chat without the event dragging on.

Can we keep the artwork we create during the event?

Yes, indeed! Depending on our setup, you can either take home your individual canvases or we can create a large collective piece that can be displayed at your office or co-working space later. It serves as a fantastic, colourful reminder of the connections made during the day. In Klaipėda, many teams choose to keep the final mural as a testament to their collaborative spirit.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large regional association with 100+ members, we can scale the event to suit. For larger groups, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone gets enough attention and the networking remains intimate and engaging despite the high numbers. We never compromise on the quality of the experience.

Local culture

Klaipėda is a city that breathes a unique blend of Prussian history and modern maritime energy. From the iconic Meridianas sailing ship to the whimsical sculptures hidden throughout the Old Town, the city is a canvas waiting to be explored. Our workshops tap into this coastal spirit, often drawing inspiration from the Baltic Sea's moods and the industrial aesthetics of the Klaipėda port. 🌊

Fun fact: Klaipėda is home to the "Theatre Square", where the ghost of Annchen von Tharau resides. Just like the city's blend of myths and modernity, our graffiti sessions blend traditional networking with futuristic street culture! 🎭

As you spray and connect, you'll feel the same creative wind that has inspired local artists for centuries. We love bringing this urban art form to the "Gateway to the Sea", helping local businesses navigate the waters of professional networking with a bold, colourful approach. 🔥
