Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our Vilnius networking events are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your group through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering complex layering techniques. Most of our guests have never touched a spray can before, yet they always leave with a massive sense of achievement and a stunning piece of art. It’s all about the experience and the connections you make along the way!

Is the graffiti workshop safe and what gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. We use premium spray paint and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone picks up a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where you can focus entirely on networking and being creative with your peers.

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

The creative networking session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe is perfect for balancing high-energy artistic tuition with plenty of 'breathing room' for professional conversations and socialising. We find that this duration keeps engagement levels high without over-tiring your guests. If you have a specific schedule or time slot in mind for your Vilnius event, we can certainly tailor the flow to match your itinerary.

Where in Vilnius do these creative events take place?

We are incredibly flexible and can host your event at various locations across Vilnius. Whether you want to gather at a trendy industrial loft in Naujamiestis, an outdoor space near the Neris river, or even at your own office premises, we can make it happen. If you don't have a venue, don't worry! We have a network of partner locations across the city that are perfect for getting messy and creative.

How does graffiti help with professional networking?

Actually, graffiti is one of the best icebreakers! Unlike traditional 'mixer' events where people stand around awkwardly, our workshop gives everyone a shared task. Collaborating on a mural or comparing tags naturally sparks conversation and laughter. It breaks down professional hierarchies and allows people to connect on a human level. It’s the perfect antidote to 'networking fatigue' and ensures your event is the one people actually remember.

What happens if we need to cancel or if the weather is bad?

We understand that plans can change. One of the reasons companies love working with Graffitifun is our reliability. We don't require upfront payments—you pay after the workshop is complete. Furthermore, we always have backup artists on standby. This means even if an instructor falls ill, your event in Vilnius will go ahead as planned. We are committed to your satisfaction and a 100% stress-free booking experience.

The experience

Traditional networking can be awkward. Our graffiti-led approach in Vilnius fixes that by giving everyone a common goal and a fun, hands-on activity. Forget the elevator pitches; start talking while you're creating!

Natural Icebreaker: Nothing gets people talking faster than learning a new, cool skill together. 🎤
Hierarchy Leveller: Everyone is a beginner with a spray can, making it easy for CEOs and interns to chat side-by-side.
Instagrammable Moments: Your guests will be sharing photos of their art, giving your event (and brand) extra reach. 📸
Stress-Free Booking: No deposit required and backup artists guaranteed – we take the risk, you get the credit.
Memorable Content: People forget speeches, but they never forget the time they painted a mural in Vilnius! 🏆
Local Expertise: Our artists know the Vilnius scene inside out and bring that authentic energy to your event.

Looking for other creative escapes? We also host events for schools, festivals, and bachelor parties! 🔥

Step by step

Warm welcome: We kick off at your chosen Vilnius location with a quick intro and some refreshments to get the vibes right.
Artist demonstration: Our pros show you the ropes, demonstrating basic strokes, canisters control, and the "secret" tricks of the trade.
Tagging practice: Everyone gets their own space to practice their "tag" or signature, letting out that initial nervous energy on the practice wall.
Concept brainstorming: In small networking groups, you'll brainstorm a theme or a "mural" that represents your collective industry or goals.
The main event: Grab your cans and start spraying! This is where the real networking happens as you collaborate on a large-scale masterpiece.
Refining details: Our artists help you add those professional finishing touches—highlights, shadows, and clean outlines.
The big reveal: We step back to admire the group's work, providing the perfect backdrop for team photos and final handshakes.
Wrap up: We handle the entire cleanup, leaving you with great memories (and maybe a canvas or two to take back to the office!).

We’ve smoothed out all the logistics so you can focus on the people. Here’s what you need to know about our Vilnius sessions:

Local culture

Vilnius is a city where history meets a fiercely modern spirit, and its street art scene is no exception. From the officially sanctioned murals in the "Open Gallery" of the industrial Naujamiestis district to the bohemian, self-declared Republic of Užupis, the city is breathing with creative energy. Our workshops tap into this local "Vilnius vibe," drawing inspiration from the city's unique ability to reinvent itself.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Vilnius is home to a world-famous mural of Trump and Putin sharing a "kiss"? While we focus on more positive vibes, it shows just how much the city embraces bold, conversational street art! 🎨

Whether we are working near the tech hubs of Konstitucijos Avenue or in the hidden courtyards of the Old Town, your networking event will feel like a genuine part of the Vilnius cultural fabric. We also offer similar creative experiences in Kaunas and Klaipeda.

Pricing

We believe high-impact networking shouldn't break the bank. Our pricing is transparent and designed to offer value for every group size.

Per Person Rate: €18 - €38 (depending on group size and location setup)
No Upfront Payment: You only pay after the event is successfully completed!
All-In: Prices include all art materials, artist fees, and protective gear.
