Do we need any prior art experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our networking events in Siauliai are designed specifically for beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering complex fill-ins. The creative process is a fantastic equaliser, allowing CEOs and interns to collaborate on the same level without the pressure of traditional corporate hierarchies. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce by the end of the session.

Is the spray paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective body suits, and gloves to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. We use professional-grade spray paint and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free environment where you can focus entirely on connecting with your colleagues and unleashing your inner artist.

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

A typical creative networking session lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe is the 'sweet spot' that allows for a proper introduction, technique practice, the main collaborative painting phase, and plenty of time for socialising and networking. We can adjust the tempo based on your schedule—whether you want a fast-paced icebreaker or a more relaxed afternoon of bonding and branding in the Sun City.

Can the event be held at our own office or a specific venue?

We are highly flexible! We can host the event at our dedicated street art spots in Siauliai, or we can bring the mobile graffiti wall to your office, a local park, or a rented event venue. If you have a specific location in mind near the Talkša Lake or the city centre, just let us know. We handle all the setup and cleanup, making the logistics completely stress-free for you.

Can we incorporate our company logo or specific brand colours?

Of course! We love incorporating your brand's identity into the workshop. We can pre-sketch your company logo, use your specific brand colours, or focus the entire mural on your company's mission and values. This makes the final artwork not just a fun memory, but a powerful symbol of your team's collective effort and shared goals. It’s brand activation and team building rolled into one!

What are the payment terms and do I need to pay upfront?

We believe in total flexibility and trust. You don't need to pay anything upfront when booking your Siauliai event. We provide a clear, transparent quote based on your group size, and payment is only processed after the workshop is completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any funds change hands. Our goal is to make the booking process as easy and risk-free as possible.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

While we can accommodate very large groups, we typically recommend a minimum of 10 participants to get the full collaborative 'networking' effect. For very large corporate gatherings, we bring in additional backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and plenty of 'can-time'. Whether you are a small startup or a large industrial firm from the Siauliai Free Economic Zone, we have the capacity to scale the event perfectly.

The experience

Why choose a creative graffiti workshop for your next networking event in the Sun City? It’s simple: traditional networking is often forgettable, but creating art together is an experience that sticks. Here is why it works: 🔥

Breaks the ice instantly: Nothing kills social anxiety faster than putting on a boiler suit and shaking a spray can!
Level playing field: In the world of street art, job titles don't matter. It’s all about the spray.
Visualises your goals: Create a physical representation of your company’s vision or the theme of your event.
Boosts morale: Taking home a shared sense of accomplishment (and some great photos) reinforces team bonds.
Stress-free planning: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready to go, we take the risk out of your hands.

Let's get creative! 🚀

Step by step

The warm-up: Arrive at the venue and meet your professional artist guides. We start with a high-energy intro to the world of street art.
Design & Concept: Brainstorm together! We’ll help your group decide on a theme or message that represents your networking goals.
Safety & Gear: Kit up in our professional protective suits, gloves, and masks. Safety first, style second!
Can control 101: Learn the basics of spray painting, from lines and dots to more advanced fading techniques.
The first tag: Everyone gets their own space on the wall to practice their 'tag' and get a feel for the pressure of the nozzle.
Collaborative mural: Now the real networking begins! Work together to fill in the large-scale piece, coordinating colours and shapes.
Detailing & Outlining: Our artists help you add those professional finishing touches that make the artwork pop.
The big reveal: Step back, take group photos, and admire the masterpiece you've created as a collective.
Wrap-up & Social: Finish the session with some relaxed socialising and networking while the paint dries.

This spirit of creativity and transformation makes it the ideal location for a street art networking event.
