What age group is the after-school graffiti workshop suitable for?

Our graffiti workshops are primarily designed for children and teenagers aged 8 to 18. We adapt our teaching style to suit the age group, ensuring younger kids focus on simple shapes and safety, while older students can get stuck into more complex lettering and shading techniques. It is a fantastic way for different age groups to bond over a shared creative goal in a relaxed, non-school environment.

Do the students need any prior art experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for everyone, from those who have never picked up a spray can to budding young artists. Our professional tutors guide the students through every single step, starting with basic lines and shapes. We focus on the 'fun' element of creativity, so there is zero pressure to be a masterpiece-maker on day one. Everyone leaves with something they are proud of.

Is spray painting safe for children and teenagers?

Safety is our absolute number one priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep clothes clean and lungs safe. Our spray paints are selected for low-odour and safety. Additionally, our artists are experienced professionals who maintain a disciplined but fun environment, ensuring all equipment is used correctly and respectfully throughout the entire session.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything needed for a spectacular street art session! This includes a wide range of professional spray paint colours, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), caps (nozzles), and the surfaces to paint on. We can work on large communal plastic walls or individual canvases that the students can take home. You just need to show up in some comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a bit dusty!

Can you host the workshop at our school or a specific local venue?

Absolutely! We are very flexible and can bring the graffiti experience directly to your school grounds or a local community centre in Šiauliai. We use mobile "graffiti walls" made of high-quality stretch film, which means we leave no permanent marks and no mess behind. If you'd prefer an off-site experience, we can also help arrange a session at a dedicated street art location.

How long does a typical after-school graffiti session last?

A standard after-school session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours. This provides enough time for a safety briefing, an introduction to techniques, plenty of practice time, and the creation of a final piece. We can adjust the duration based on your school's schedule or specific needs—just let us know what works best for your group and we will make it happen!

How does the payment process work for schools?

We offer a unique 'pay after the workshop' policy. We believe so strongly in the quality of our experiences that we don't require upfront payments to secure your booking. Once the kids have finished their art and everyone is happy, we handle the administrative side. If you need a formal invoice for school accounting purposes before or after, our team is happy to assist with all the paperwork.

Step by step

Arrival and gear up: Our team arrives at your Šiauliai location and sets up the workspace. Students get kitted out in protective suits, masks, and gloves.
Intro to street art: A quick, high-energy talk about the history of graffiti and the importance of respect in the art world.
Mastering the can: Students learn 'can control'—how to hold the spray can, how to swap nozzles (caps), and how to manage pressure.
Sketching the vision: Before hitting the wall, we help students sketch their ideas on paper or directly onto the surface using light colours.
Lines and fills: The real fun begins! Everyone starts filling in their designs, learning how to create solid blocks of colour and smooth gradients.
The outline: Our pros show the kids how to make their art 'pop' by adding sharp outlines and 3D effects.
Final highlights: Students add those professional finishing touches—shines, dots, and 'flare' that make the artwork look incredible.
The big reveal: We step back to admire the collective masterpiece and take group photos to commemorate the day.
Clean up: We pack up everything, leaving the site exactly as we found it, except for the amazing new art!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Šiauliai, known as the "City of the Sun", has a unique creative energy that stretches far beyond its famous Hill of Crosses. The city is increasingly becoming a canvas for modern expression, with vibrant murals popping up near the Talkša Lake and throughout the urban centre. Our workshops tap into this growing Lithuanian street art scene, encouraging the next generation of Šiauliai "writers" to contribute to the city's visual legacy in a positive way. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Šiauliai is home to the famous "Iron Fox" sculpture? Much like graffiti, it represents a bold, large-scale artistic statement that has become a beloved symbol of the city's character!

By bringing our workshops to Šiauliai, we aim to bridge the gap between traditional Lithuanian art and contemporary urban culture, giving local youth a constructive outlet for their energy in the heart of Northern Lithuania. 🦊
