Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Absolutely! Our onboarding workshops in Šiauliai are specifically designed for people who have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic safety and 'can control' to advanced shading techniques. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the high-quality street art you've managed to create alongside your new teammates.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Standard onboarding workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of a large-scale masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or time slot during your corporate away-day in Šiauliai, we can easily customise the duration to fit your itinerary perfectly.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything! This includes premium spray paints in a huge range of colours, protective masks, gloves, and high-quality overalls to keep your clothes clean. We also provide the canvases or temporary walls. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and some comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty while we create art.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for office workers?

Safety is our top priority. we use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control and provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure no one breathes in fumes. Our artists are seasoned professionals who provide a full safety briefing before any paint is sprayed. We also conduct workshops in well-ventilated areas to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

Can you host the workshop at our Šiauliai office?

Of course! While we have great locations in Šiauliai, we can also bring the 'street' to you. If your office or event venue has a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area, we can set up our mobile graffiti walls there. This is a popular choice for companies looking to integrate the activity into a full day of meetings.

What happens if it rains on the day of the workshop?

Weather is rarely an issue for us. In Šiauliai, we have access to several cool indoor creative spaces where we can work safely. If your event is outdoors and rain is forecast, we can usually pivot to an indoor location or use professional-grade marquees. We always have a backup plan (and backup artists) to ensure your event goes ahead!

Can we keep the artwork we create during the session?

One of the best parts about our workshops is that you get to keep what you create! Smaller canvases can be taken home by individuals, while larger collaborative pieces are often hung in the office as a permanent reminder of the team-building experience. It’s a great way to brighten up the workspace with local Šiauliai-inspired street art.

Step by step

Meet your mentor: Gather your team and meet our pro graffiti artists at the chosen Šiauliai location.
Safety first: Get geared up in protective suits, gloves, and professional masks while we explain the basics.
The basics of spray: Learn how to handle the can, control the pressure, and master different nozzle types (caps).
Sketching the vision: Work together to sketch out your team’s concept or company logo on a large scale.
Fill and flow: Start adding vibrant colours to your design, learning shading and 'fading' techniques as you go.
The sharp outlines: Let our artists show you how to 'cut' lines to make your graffiti look crisp and professional.
Adding the 'pop': Finish the piece with highlights, 3D effects, and the all-important 'second outline'.
The big reveal: Step back, remove the tape, and admire the massive collective masterpiece you’ve built together.
Photo op: We’ll take professional group photos of you and your art to commemorate the onboarding experience!

Local culture

Šiauliai is a city defined by its resilience and its artistic soul, from the iconic Hill of Crosses to the quirky sculptures dotted around the Vilniaus street boulevard. Our workshops tap into this local spirit of creativity. We love working here because the community truly appreciates bold, visual storytelling. While Šiauliai might be famous for its history and the "Golden Boy" statue, we’re helping a new generation of teams add their own modern, colourful history to the city’s narrative.

Fun fact: Šiauliai is home to the oldest pedestrian boulevard in the former Soviet Union, making it a pioneer in urban lifestyle—perfect for a street art revolution! 🎨
