Do the students need to have any prior drawing or art experience?

No prior artistic skill is needed at all! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at breaking down complex mural techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We focus on building confidence and having fun. By the end of the session, every student in Jonava will have created something they can be proud of, regardless of their starting point. It’s all about the experience and self-expression!

Is the spray paint safe for children and teenagers?

Safety is our absolute priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 respiratory masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. We use low-pressure spray cans which are easier to control and produce less fumes. Our instructors also give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can, ensuring a secure environment for all participants during the workshop.

How long does a typical after-school graffiti session last?

A standard after-school workshop in Jonava typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This provides enough time for a safety briefing, a sketching session, practicing basic techniques on plastic film, and finally creating a masterpiece on a canvas or a designated wall. We can adjust the duration to fit your school's specific schedule or extracurricular block!

Where do the workshops take place? Do we need a special wall?

We bring the graffiti experience directly to you! We can set up temporary 'graffiti walls' using stretch foil between pillars or trees in the schoolyard, or we can work on individual canvases indoors if there is a well-ventilated space. If you'd prefer an off-site adventure, we can also look into local legal street art spots around Jonava for an authentic vibe.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything! This includes premium spray paint in a huge variety of vibrant colours, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), canvases or foil for painting, and professional caps (nozzles). Our team also brings sketches and inspiration materials to help get the creative juices flowing. You just need to show up in old clothes and bring your energy!

What is the minimum or maximum group size for a booking?

We are very flexible with group sizes. Whether you have a small art club of 10 students or a whole year group of 50+, we can accommodate you. For larger groups, we simply bring in more of our professional artists to ensure every student gets personal guidance and support. We maintain a great artist-to-student ratio for the best experience.

How do we book a session, and what are the payment terms?

Booking is easy and hassle-free. Simply fill out our contact form or use our online cost calculator to get an instant estimate. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have backup artists available, so you never have to worry about last-minute cancellations. Step by step

Intro & inspiration: We start with a high-energy introduction to graffiti culture and a look at different styles to get the students hyped.
Safe spraying: Our pros demonstrate how to use the gear correctly, focusing on safety and proper can control.
Sketching your tag: Students grab markers and paper to plan their designs, focusing on letter structure and flow.
The foil technique: We practice basic lines and 'fills' on transparent stretch foil to build confidence before the main event.
Colour selection: Kids choose their palette from our massive range of professional spray cans.
Outline & fill: Time to hit the canvas! Students apply their designs, learning how to layer colours effectively.
Adding the 'pop': We teach cool effects like highlights, shadows, and 3D effects to make the artwork stand out.
Final outlines: A steady hand for the final 'cut' makes the piece look sharp and professional.
The big reveal: We finish with a group photo and a mini-gallery walk to celebrate everyone's unique creations!

Local culture

Jonava has a unique industrial heart and a growing appreciation for urban culture. While it might be famous for the Jonava Cultural Centre and its beautiful bridges over the Neris River, we believe the next generation of Jonava residents is ready to add their own splashes of colour to the city's identity. Our workshops tap into that local energy, encouraging students to draw inspiration from their surroundings—from the greenery of the Joninės valley to the modern urban lines of the town centre.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Jonava is often called the 'City of Bridges'? In our workshops, we love to use that as a metaphor: graffiti is a bridge between traditional art and modern street expression! 🌉

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing that fits school budgets. Our workshops are priced per participant and include all the high-quality materials needed for a masterpiece.

Estimated costs: €18 - €38 per person (depending on group size and specific requirements).

Because every school project in Jonava is different—ranging from one-off sessions to recurring weekly clubs—we recommend getting a tailored estimate to get the best value for your group. 💰
