We keep a "backup artist" on standby for every booking. Life happens, but we don't want your students to be disappointed. If an instructor falls ill or has an emergency, our backup artist steps in to ensure the workshop goes ahead exactly as planned. We’ve never missed a session yet, and we don’t intend to start now! Reliability is a huge part of our service.
