Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy the workshop?

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those who might have a bit of a creative streak. Our professional artists lead you through every step, starting with basic lines and moving on to complex shading. You'll be amazed at what your team can produce when you have the right tools and guidance. It's all about the process and having a blast together.

Is it safe and what safety gear do you provide?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone clean and safe. The spray paint we use is professional-grade but used in a controlled manner. We conduct a safety briefing before any cans are popped, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident throughout the entire team development session in Panevezys.

Where in Panevezys does the workshop take place?

The best part about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We can host the workshop at one of our dedicated street art partner locations in Panevezys, or we can bring the entire experience to your office or a venue of your choice. We use mobile graffiti walls and protective flooring to ensure we leave the place exactly as we found it—just with a lot more creative energy!

How long does a typical team development session last?

Typically, a team development workshop lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, sketching, practice runs, and the creation of a final collaborative masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit your specific schedule, whether you want a quick energiser or a deep-dive creative afternoon.

What should we wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on. While we provide full-body protective overalls, it's always better to be safe than sorry when you're working with spray cans! Avoid your Sunday best or expensive suede shoes, and you'll be perfectly prepared for a day of urban creativity.

What happens if the artist is sick or we need to cancel?

We pride ourselves on reliability. We have a solid team of backup artists ready to step in should anyone fall ill, so your event is never at risk. Furthermore, you don't have to pay anything upfront; you only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. Your peace of mind is guaranteed with us.

What is the maximum group size for a team event?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of 100+, we scale our artist team and materials accordingly. For very large groups, we often work on multiple sections of a giant mural that come together at the end to form one massive, cohesive company artwork.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next team development day in Panevezys? Because nothing says "we work together" like creating a 5-metre tall mural! It’s the ultimate way to get people out of their comfort zones and into a "flow" state. Check out these perks:

Boosts creative problem solving: Thinking like a street artist requires agility and vision. ✨
Level playing field: In front of a blank wall, CEOs and interns are all equals with a spray can. 🤝
Tangible results: You’ll have a physical masterpiece (or photos of one) to remind you of your team's success. 🏆
Stress relief: There’s something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and a wall of colour. 💨
Pure fun: Let’s be honest, it’s much cooler than another PowerPoint presentation! 🎉
Professional backup: We have a roster of artists to ensure your event never gets cancelled. 💪

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro where our artists share the secrets of the street art world.
Concept sketching: Your team brainstorms ideas and sketches out a design that represents your shared goals or company values.
Can control basics: Learn how to hold the can, swap nozzles (caps), and master different spraying techniques.
Practice run: Everyone gets a chance to spray their first lines and shapes on a practice wall to build confidence.
The master plan: We outline the final design on a large canvas or mobile wall, ready for the team to take over.
Filling and fading: This is where the magic happens! Your team works together to fill in the colours and create cool gradients.
Outlining and details: Add the sharp edges and "power lines" that make the artwork pop and look professional.
The final reveal: We step back, celebrate the work, and take group photos with your brand-new masterpiece!

Local culture

Panevezys might be known as Lithuania’s industrial hub, but beneath the surface lies a thriving creative spirit. The city’s architecture, from Soviet-era structures to modern cultural spaces like the Panevezys Civic Art Gallery, provides a unique industrial-chic atmosphere that perfectly complements the grit and glamour of graffiti. Panevezys has a long history of craftsmanship and theatre, and we bring that same "showtime" energy to our workshops. Whether we are setting up near the shores of the Nevėžis River or in a cool industrial space, the local vibe adds an extra layer of authenticity to your team-building day.

Fun fact: Panevezys is famously home to the Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre, making the city a historical hotspot for creative expression and "performance"—something you'll definitely feel when you're performing with a spray can in hand! 🎨
