Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?

No prior art skills are required at all! Our professional graffiti artists are experts at guiding absolute beginners. We start with the basics of can control and safety, then move on to lettering and filling techniques. By the end of the session in Tucumán, even those who haven't picked up a pen in years will be amazed at the vibrant mural they’ve helped create together. It's all about the process and team spirit!

What should we wear and do you provide protective gear?

We’ve got you covered! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and high-spec masks to keep everyone clean and safe. While our gear is excellent, we usually recommend that your team wears comfortable clothing and shoes that you wouldn't mind getting a tiny speck of paint on—just in case you get a bit too enthusiastic with the spray cans! Safety and comfort are our top priorities.

How long does a typical team development session last?

Our team development workshops in Tucumán typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This timeframe allows for a full 'sketch-to-mural' experience without feeling rushed. We begin with a brief introduction and technique practice, followed by the main collaborative painting phase. We can always adjust the duration to fit into your specific corporate itinerary or conference schedule if needed.

Can the workshop take place at our own office or venue?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the workshop at one of our dedicated street art partner locations in Tucumán, or we can bring the entire 'Graffitifun experience' to your office car park or a rented event space. As long as we have a well-ventilated area or an outdoor spot, we can set up our mobile plastic walls and get the creativity flowing wherever suits your team best.

Is there an upfront payment required for the booking?

Absolutely. Unlike many other providers, we don't require any payment before the workshop takes place. We believe in the quality of our service and want you to feel completely confident. You can settle the invoice after the event once you’ve seen the smiles on your team’s faces and the incredible artwork they've produced. It’s part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Is the workshop suitable for all ages and physical abilities?

Our workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone. We focus on 'low-pressure' creativity where the emphasis is on collaboration rather than individual perfection. The local graffiti artists we work with are friendly, encouraging, and great at breaking the ice. We find that even the most introverted team members usually end up being the most focused 'writers' by the end of the day!

What safety measures do you have in place during the event?

Safety is our number one rule. We use professional-grade spray paint and provide all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including FFP-rated masks. Our instructors give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can. We ensure the workspace is well-ventilated and that everyone follows proper 'can etiquette' to ensure a fun, hazard-free environment for your entire team.

Step by step

The warm-up: We kick off with a high-energy intro where you learn the history of street art and get comfortable with the spray cans.
Concept brainstorming: Your team works together to decide on a 'tag' or a theme that represents your company's values or goals.
Sketching the vision: Before hitting the wall, we help you translate those big ideas into a workable sketch using markers and paper.
Mastering the nozzle: Our pros teach you different techniques—lines, dots, and fades—so you feel like a pro before the main event.
First strokes: The outlines go up! This is where the collaborative mural starts to take shape on our professional canvases or walls.
The fill-in: Everyone grabs a can to add vibrant colours and textures, learning how to blend and layer like a real street artist.
Final highlights & details: We add the 'shines' and clean edges that make the artwork pop, ensuring a professional-looking finish.
The big reveal: Step back and admire the massive piece of art your team created from scratch. It’s the ultimate ‘we did this’ moment!
Debrief and photos: We wrap up with a team photo in front of your masterpiece—a perfect memory for the office wall.

Local culture

Tucumán isn't just known for its lush landscapes and historic independence house; it's a city with a growing, vibrant street art soul. From the colourful murals in the Barrio Sur to the hidden artistic gems near the Parque 9 de Julio, the city is pulsating with creative energy. Our workshops tap into this local spirit, giving your team a chance to contribute to the artistic fabric of San Miguel de Tucumán. 🌿

Fun Fact: Did you know Tucumán is often called "El Jardín de la República" because of its incredible vegetation? We love using this natural beauty as inspiration for our workshop colour palettes! 🌸

If you're looking for other experiences in Argentina, we also host workshops in Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, and Mendoza.

Pricing

Our team development workshops in Tucumán are priced to be accessible yet premium in quality. Prices generally range between $15,000 and $35,000 ARS per person. 🇦🇷

The final investment depends on the number of participants, the location chosen, and whether you want any extra customisations (like take-home canvases or specific brand colours). We believe in transparency and flexibility, which is why we don't ask for payment until the job is done!
