Do we need any previous art experience to join an outdoor party?

Absolutely! Our Toronto graffiti workshops are designed for everyone from total beginners to budding artists. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, starting with basic can control and lettering techniques. You don't need any prior drawing skills to walk away with a piece you're proud of. It's all about having fun and expressing yourself in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What materials are included in the outdoor graffiti package?

We come fully prepared! Graffitifun provides all the necessary premium spray paint, high-quality caps, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Depending on your booking, we also provide the boards or canvases you'll be painting on. All you need to bring is some old clothes (just in case) and your creative energy. We handle the setup and the cleanup so you can focus on the party.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?

In the 6ix, we know the weather can be unpredictable. If rain is in the forecast, we can usually pivot to a covered outdoor area or discuss rescheduling. Because we have a large team of backup artists, we are very flexible with timing. Safety and your comfort are our priorities, so we'll always work with you to ensure the party goes off without a hitch.

How much does a private graffiti workshop in Toronto cost?

Price varies based on your group size, the duration of the workshop, and the specific location in Toronto. Generally, prices range from C$40 to C$90 per person. Larger groups often benefit from better per-person rates. For an accurate estimate tailored to your specific outdoor party needs, we recommend using our online cost calculator or requesting a custom quote.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop session last?

Our standard outdoor workshop sessions typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives your group enough time to learn the basics, practice your tags, and complete a large-scale collaborative project or individual canvases. If you have a specific schedule for your party or event, we can easily customize the duration to fit your timeline perfectly.

Is the spray paint safe to use for all ages?

Safety is our top priority. We provide professional-grade protective gear, including masks and gloves. Our instructors are experienced professionals who teach proper ventilation techniques and can handling. When working outdoors in Toronto's parks or private spaces, we ensure a clean workspace and use high-quality, low-odor paints where possible to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable creative experience.

Fill with colour: This is where the magic happens! Layer vibrant colours and learn blending techniques to make your art pop.

Local culture

Toronto is a world-renowned hub for street art, home to the iconic Graffiti Alley (Rush Lane) which stretches nearly a kilometer with breathtaking murals. Our workshops celebrate this local heritage, drawing inspiration from the diverse styles found in neighborhoods like Kensington Market and the Junction. By taking your party outdoors, you're connecting with the very roots of the movement—painting in the open air where the city's energy is highest. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Toronto was one of the first cities in North America to create an official "Street Art Program" (StART) to support local artists and beautify the city streets? When you paint with us, you're joining a long tradition of T.O. creativity! 🍁
