Are these graffiti workshops truly accessible for all ability levels?

Absolutely! Our Toronto graffiti workshops are specifically designed to be inclusive. We use accessible locations, and our professional artists are experienced in adapting their teaching styles to meet various physical, cognitive, and sensory needs. We focus on what every participant *can* do, ensuring everyone leaves with a sense of pride and a beautiful piece of art they created themselves.🎨

What safety measures do you have in place for participants?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks and gloves. For our special needs programs in Toronto, we offer low-pressure spray cans that are easier to grip and manipulate. Our artists provide constant supervision and hands-on assistance, ensuring a secure environment where participants can express themselves without any stress or risk.💪

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

A standard session usually runs between 1.5 to 2 hours. However, we know that every group is unique. If your group in Toronto needs a slower pace, more frequent breaks, or a shorter, high-energy session, we are happy to customize the duration to ensure everyone stays engaged and comfortable throughout the creative process.✨

Where do the workshops take place in Toronto?

We can host your group at one of our inspiring street art partner locations in Toronto, many of which are wheelchair accessible. If you prefer, we can also bring the workshop to your facility! We are fully mobile and can set up temporary graffiti walls at your school, community centre, or care home, provided there is a well-ventilated outdoor or indoor space.

Do participants need any prior art experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our Toronto-based artists break down the process into simple, easy-to-follow steps. We start with basic lines and shapes before moving on to filling in colours. The goal is to have fun and explore creativity, not to produce a 'perfect' masterpiece on the first try. Everyone is an artist here!

What should participants wear to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on. While we provide protective ponchos and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be a bit messy! We also suggest wearing closed-toe shoes. We provide everything else, including the spray paint, canvases, caps, and expert guidance to make your Toronto street art experience unforgettable.🔥

How do I book a workshop for my organization?

Booking is simple! You can use our online Cost Calculator to get an instant estimate, or reach out to us directly for a custom quote. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience we provide for your group in Toronto. Ready to get started?

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your special needs program in Toronto? It’s more than just painting; it's a sensory and social breakthrough that builds genuine pride. ✨

Sensory Engagement: The texture of the spray, the vibrant colours, and the physical act of painting provide a rich sensory experience that is both stimulating and calming.
Confidence Booster: Seeing a large-scale artwork come to life quickly gives participants an immediate sense of accomplishment and "wow" factor. 🏆
Motor Skill Development: Using spray cans helps with fine motor control and hand-eye coordination in a way that feels like play, not therapy.
Zero Judgment Zone: Street art is all about "perfect imperfections." There is no right or wrong way to do it, which reduces anxiety and encourages expression.
Expert Mentorship: Our Toronto artists aren't just talented painters; they are compassionate mentors who love sharing their craft with people of all abilities.
Total Flexibility: We adapt everything—from the height of the walls to the pressure of the cans—to make sure everyone can participate fully. 💪

Step by step

Warm welcome: Our friendly Toronto artists meet your group and introduce the vibrant world of street art in an encouraging way.
Safety first: We suit up in protective gear and demonstrate how to use the spray cans safely and effectively.
Sketching ideas: Participants brainstorm their designs on paper or directly on the canvas with guided help.
Mastering the can: We practice basic techniques like dots, lines, and fades to build confidence with the medium. 🎨
Creating the piece: Under expert guidance, everyone starts bringing their unique vision to life on their own canvas or a communal wall.
Adding details: We use different 'caps' to add fine lines, highlights, and those iconic graffiti flourishes.
The big reveal: We take a moment to admire everyone's hard work and take group photos with the finished artwork. 📸
Clean up & wrap: We handle all the messy bits, leaving you with nothing but great memories and amazing art!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Toronto is a global hub for street art, from the world-famous Graffiti Alley in the Fashion District to the sprawling murals of the Underpass Park. Our workshops tap into this local energy, giving participants a chance to feel like a part of the city's living, breathing art scene. We often draw inspiration from local legends and the multicultural fabric that makes Toronto so unique.

Fun Fact: Did you know Toronto was one of the first North American cities to create an official "Street Art Program" (StART) to support local artists and beautify the city? We're proud to keep that spirit of community art alive! 🇨🇦

Whether we're working near the CN Tower or in a quiet park in Scarborough, the goal is always to connect participants with the creative heartbeat of their own city.

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing and high value. Our special needs programs are priced per participant to ensure you only pay for who attends.

Price Range: C$40 – C$90 per person
No Upfront Payment: You only pay after the workshop is finished and you're happy!
Flexible Packages: Costs vary based on the number of participants, location, and choice of materials (e.g., individual canvases vs. a large mural).
