Do I need any prior art experience to enjoy the VIP workshop?

Absolutely! Our VIP workshops are specifically designed for beginners. Most of our guests have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists in Kolkata will guide you through Every step, from basic nozzle control to complex shading. We focus on fun and creativity rather than perfection, ensuring you walk away feeling like a true street artist. Your artist will be right by your side to help with tricky details.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for everyone?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls, to keep you and your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint, and our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas. Our artists also provide a comprehensive safety briefing at the start of the session to ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly and stays safe while having a blast.

Can I take my artwork home after the session?

Yes, you certainly can! While we often work on large collective murals for the 'big reveal' experience, we also provide individual canvases or boards for VIP guests. This means you get to take your unique masterpiece home to display in your living room or office. It is the ultimate souvenir from your creative day in the City of Joy. We even provide tips on how to transport your art safely.

How long does the VIP graffiti experience last?

A standard VIP graffiti experience in Kolkata typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your final masterpiece without feeling rushed. If you have specific time constraints or want to extend the session with catering or additional activities, we can easily customise the duration to fit your schedule.

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little bit of 'character' on. While we provide full protective overalls, gloves, and masks, spray paint can sometimes find its way onto footwear or sleeves. It is best to leave your most expensive designer gear at home and opt for something practical so you can move freely while painting your mural.

Can the workshop be held at a location of my choice?

Our VIP experience is all about flexibility. While we have stunning outdoor locations and partner galleries in Kolkata, we can also bring the workshop to you! If you have a private garden, a corporate rooftop, or an event space with proper ventilation, our team will set up professional 'graffiti walls' and protection to ensure your venue stays clean while the art flows. We bring all the equipment to your doorstep.

How do I book and do I need to pay upfront?

Booking is easy and stress-free! Since every VIP event is unique, we recommend hitting the 'Request a Quote' button or using our Cost Calculator. Once we know your group size and preferred date, we will send you a custom proposal. The best part? There is no upfront payment required. You can lock in your date now and pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied.

Insta-Worthy Results: Create a massive, colourful mural that will make your social media feed explode with vibes. 📸

Don't settle for a boring office outing or a standard tourist tour. Let's get creative!

Step by step

Meet your lead artist: Start your day by meeting a professional graffiti pro at a vibrant Kolkata location. They will share stories about the local street art scene and show you what is possible.
The spray basics: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can. Our artists teach you about different 'caps' (nozzles) for thin lines, wide fills, and soft fades.
Sketching your vision: Before hitting the wall, you will grab a marker and sketch your concept. Whether it’s your name in 'wildstyle' or a local Kolkata icon, we help you refine the design.
Mastering the 'Can Control': Practice your first lines on a test surface. You will learn how distance and speed change the look of the paint—it is all about the flick of the wrist!
Filling and fading: Learn the professional techniques for 'filling in' your art with vibrant colours and creating smooth gradients that make the piece pop.
The 'Outlining' magic: This is where the art comes to life. Use high-contrast colours to outline your work, adding that professional sharpness that defines real graffiti.
Adding the 'Highlights': Every VIP piece needs a bit of shine. Use white or bright tones to add 'glints' and 3D effects to your letters or characters.
The final reveal: Step back with a drink in hand and admire your finished mural. It is the perfect time for photos and a group celebration!

Local culture

Kolkata has always been the cultural and intellectual capital of India, but its walls tell a story that goes beyond traditional fine art. From the historic political 'wall writings' that defined the city's heritage to the modern murals appearing in districts like Hatibagan and the Kolkata Metro pillars, the city is a living gallery. Our workshops tap into this 'Adda' culture—the legendary Kolkata tradition of deep conversation and creative exchange.

Fun Fact: Did you know that North Kolkata's narrow 'Gullies' are home to some of the oldest street advertisements and hand-painted typography in India? It’s a literal time machine for graphic designers! 🇮🇳

By joining us, you are joining a lineage of Bengali creativity, blending the traditional 'Alpana' patterns with modern spray-paint aesthetics. Whether we are painting in a trendy South Kolkata studio or a hidden courtyard, you will feel the pulse of the city in every stroke. ✨
