Do I need any previous art experience for the VIP workshop?

Absolutely! Our VIP experience in Utrecht is designed for everyone, from total beginners to those with a bit of creative flair. Our professional artists guide you through every single step, from holding the can correctly to mastering advanced shading. You’ll be amazed at the high-quality piece you can produce in just one session. It’s all about having fun and expressing yourself in a relaxed environment!

What materials are included in the VIP package?

We take care of everything so you can focus on the art. We provide high-quality spray cans in a huge range of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. Depending on the package you choose, we also provide the canvases or boards you’ll be painting on. Just make sure to wear comfy clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of 'artistic dust' on!

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including high-grade masks and gloves. All our workshops take place in well-ventilated areas or dedicated outdoor street art zones in Utrecht. Our artists are professionally trained and will supervise the group throughout the session to ensure everyone uses the equipment correctly and safely.

How long does the VIP graffiti session last?

Our standard VIP workshops usually last between 2 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your final masterpiece without feeling rushed. If you have a specific schedule or want a more intensive full-day masterclass, we can certainly tailor the duration to fit your group’s needs in Utrecht.

How does the payment process work?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is that we don't require any upfront payment. You can book your VIP experience in Utrecht with total peace of mind and simply pay after the workshop has been completed. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the experience before any money changes hands. It’s all part of our commitment to a stress-free process!

Can I take my artwork home with me?

Yes! In most cases, you’ll be creating your artwork on a transportable canvas or board that you can take home to show off. If we are working on a larger collaborative wall, we make sure to take professional-grade photos of the final result so you have a digital memory of your masterpiece forever. It’s the perfect unique souvenir of your time in Utrecht.

What happens if the artist is unavailable on the day?

We have a large team of professional artists and backup experts ready to go. If an artist falls ill, we have a 'no-cancel' policy where a backup artist will step in to ensure your event goes ahead as planned. We understand how important these VIP bookings are, especially for special occasions, so we guarantee that your creative session in Utrecht won't be interrupted.
