How long does a typical graffiti birthday party last?

Most of our birthday workshops in Dudelange last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This provides the perfect balance of learning, creating, and celebrating without the kids losing focus. We can also adapt the timing if you have a specific schedule to stick to for cake or other party games. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get suited up in protective gear so we can start the fun on time!

Is it safe for children to use spray paint?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective overalls to keep everyone safe and clean. Our instructors are professional artists who supervise the use of spray cans at all times. We use specific techniques to ensure the paint stays on the wall or canvas and not on the guests! It is a controlled, safe environment designed specifically for kids to explore their creativity without any risks.

What happens if it rains on the day of the party?

The 'Forge du Sud' can be unpredictable, but we have you covered! We have access to indoor locations in the Dudelange area where the party can continue regardless of the rain. If you've booked an outdoor session and the weather looks bad, we can often pivot to an indoor setup or use large canvases in a sheltered area. We also have backup artists available to ensure your party never gets cancelled.

Can you host the birthday party at our home?

Absolutely! While many parties take place at our legal street art locations, we are fully mobile. If you have a garden or a private space in Dudelange with enough ventilation, we can bring the workshop to you. We use special plastic sheeting to protect your property, ensuring the only thing that gets painted is the masterpiece the kids are working on. Just let us know your location when booking!

What is the ideal age for a graffiti party?

We suggest a minimum age of 6 or 7 for our workshops. At this age, children usually have the hand strength to press the spray caps and the focus to follow safety instructions. For teenagers, we ramp up the technical difficulty to keep it challenging and cool. No matter the age group, we tailor our coaching style to match their skill level and energy, ensuring everyone feels like a pro.

Are materials included in the price?

We don't want you worrying about hidden costs! Our pricing includes all necessary materials: professional spray paint in a rainbow of colours, high-end protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the boards or canvases the kids will paint on. You also get a dedicated professional artist to host the session. The only thing you need to provide is the birthday cake and some thirsty, creative kids!

How do I book and do I need to pay upfront?

Booking is simple! Since we are very popular in the Luxembourg region, we recommend reaching out at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests thanks to our large team of backup artists. You don't need to pay anything upfront; you can settle the bill after the workshop is finished and you're 100% happy with the experience.

Unleash pure creativity: Kids get to express themselves in a way that schools usually don't allow—on a grand scale with vibrant colours! 🌈
Expert guidance: We aren't just babysitters; we are professional graffiti artists who live and breathe this culture. 💪
Something to keep: Every participant takes home their own canvas or board, making for the ultimate "party bag" that lasts forever.
Zero stress for parents: We handle the setup, the instruction, the safety, and the cleanup. You just enjoy the smiles!
Unique & Trendsetting: Be the parent who organized the most "Instagrammable" and coolest party of the year. 📸
Flexible locations: Whether at our local spots or your backyard, we make the logistics easy for you.

Step by step

Gear up for action: Once the crew arrives, we hand out professional protective suits, masks, and gloves. Safety first, but looking like a pro artist is a close second! 🎨
Master the foundations: Our expert artist demonstrates basic nozzle control, showing how to create thin lines, fat drips, and smooth fills.
Sketch the vision: Every child gets to brainstorm their own design. Whether it's their name or a wild character, we help them sketch it out.
First layers: The kids start 'filling in' their shapes with their favourite colours, learning how to blend and layer shades like a real street artist.
Cutting and outlining: This is where the magic happens! We teach them how to add sharp outlines to make their art pop off the wall.
Final flares: We add highlights, stars, and 'shines' to give the artwork that professional gallery look.
The big reveal: We take a group photo with all the finished masterpieces—the perfect birthday memory! 📸
Takeaway treasure: Each child gets to take their creation home to hang on their bedroom wall as a permanent souvenir of the best party ever.

Local culture

Dudelange, the famed "Forge du Sud," has a rich industrial history that provides a gritty, authentic backdrop perfect for graffiti art. The city’s transition from a steel powerhouse to a cultural hub makes it the ideal location for a graffiti birthday party. We often find inspiration in the local surroundings, from the industrial heritage of Neischmelz to the vibrant community spirit found near the Parc Le’h. 🌳

Fun Fact: Did you know Dudelange is home to the "Centre national de l'audiovisuel"? It's a city that breathes creativity and visual storytelling, making your kids the next generation of local visual icons! 🎤

Whether you're located near the city centre or closer to the French border, our team brings the vibrant street art culture of Luxembourg directly to you. We love the local energy here—it’s the perfect place to spray-paint some memories.
