Is it safe to have live painting indoors at my venue?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, low-odour professional spray paint, and when working indoors, we set up specialized ventilation or use water-based acrylic markers. We also protect the surrounding area with floor-to-ceiling plastic sheeting and floor protection to ensure the only thing getting painted is the canvas. Your venue in Dudelange will remain exactly as we found it, just with much cooler art!

How much space do the artists need to work?

Ideally, we need a space of about 3x3 metres to work comfortably, though we can adapt to smaller spots if needed. A flat surface and good lighting are the main requirements. If the event is outdoors, a sheltered area is great just in case the Luxembourgish weather decides to be unpredictable. We bring all our own boards, easels, and protective materials, so you don't need to provide a thing.

Can we request a specific design or brand logo?

We can certainly work your brand colours, logos, or a specific theme into the piece! While the artist brings their own creative flair, we love collaborating with you beforehand to ensure the final result fits your vision perfectly. Whether it's a corporate anniversary or a local Dudelange community festival, the artwork will be tailor-made for the occasion and your guest's enjoyment.

What happens to the artwork after the event ends?

The best part of live painting is that you own the masterpiece! Once the paint is dry, the canvas or board is yours to keep. Many of our Dudelange clients hang the finished work in their office lobby, staff canteen, or even auction it off for charity. It serves as a permanent, colourful memory of a fantastic event that your guests helped inspire.

How long does a live painting session usually last?

A standard live painting performance usually lasts between 2 and 4 hours, which aligns perfectly with most evening receptions or afternoon festivals. However, we are totally flexible! If you have an all-day brand activation or a multi-day event in the Red Lands, we can schedule shifts or create a more complex, evolving mural that grows over several days.

When do I need to pay for the performance?

No upfront payment is required! We believe in the quality of our work and the fun of the experience, so you only pay after the workshop or performance is completed. This keeps the booking process stress-free and built on mutual trust. We’ll send over the invoice once the ‘wow’ moment has been delivered at your Dudelange venue.

Local culture

Dudelange, the legendary "Forge du Sud," has a soul built on industrial grit and creative rebirth. From the iconic water tower to the thriving community at the CNA, this city breathes a unique mix of heritage and modern art. We love bringing live painting here because the local crowd truly appreciates the "work" in the artwork—the process of building something from nothing, much like the city's own storied history. ✨

Fun Fact: Dudelange is home to some of the most impressive industrial street art backdrops in Luxembourg, making it the perfect territory for a performance that honours the city's red-earth roots while looking toward a colourful future!
