How long does a typical graffiti workshop party last?

Most graffiti birthday parties in Olomouc last around 2 hours. This gives the kids enough time to learn the basics, practice their 'tagging' and 'piece' skills, and complete a final masterpiece. If you have a larger group or want to add a competitive element, we can extend the session to 3 hours. It is the perfect duration to keep energy levels high without the kids getting tired.

Is it safe for children to use spray cans?

Safety is our top priority! We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialized masks for every child. Our spray paints are selected for their quality, and we always work in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our professional instructors are experts at managing groups of children, ensuring everyone follows the safety rules while having the time of their lives being creative. Parents can relax while we handle the mess!

What is the minimum age for a graffiti birthday party?

We recommend kids be at least 6 years old to participate. At this age, they usually have the motor skills to press the spray nozzles and follow simple instructions. For teenagers, we ramp up the technical difficulty to keep it challenging and cool. No matter the age, we tailor our teaching style to make sure everyone feels like a pro artist by the end of the day.

Do we need to come to a specific studio or can you come to us?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the party at a dedicated street art spot in Olomouc, or we can bring the party to you. If you have a garden or a suitable private outdoor space, we can set up mobile plastic walls or use large canvases. This makes it easy to integrate the workshop into your overall birthday plans at home or a local park.

Do the children get to keep what they make?

The best part is that every child gets to take home their own creation! Usually, the kids work on high-quality canvases that they can hang on their bedroom walls immediately. It is much better than a standard party bag – it is a unique piece of art they created themselves. If we are working on a large communal wall, we always make sure there are individual elements for them to keep.

Do the kids need to be good at drawing or art?

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our Olomouc-based artists will guide the children through every step, from holding the can correctly to layering colours and adding highlights. We focus on 'controlled' fun, ensuring that every child, regardless of their natural artistic ability, walks away with something they are genuinely proud of. It is all about the experience and self-expression.

What should the kids wear for the graffiti session?

We recommend wearing old clothes and sneakers just in case, even though we provide full protective gear like overalls and gloves. Spray paint is permanent, so it’s better to be safe than sorry! If the weather looks a bit grey, don't worry—we have backup plans and can often move the workshop to a sheltered area or reschedule using our artist backup system to ensure the party goes ahead smoothly.

Local culture

Olomouc might be famous for its stunning Holy Trinity Column and its astronomical clock, but beneath its historic exterior lies a growing appreciation for modern urban culture. Our graffiti birthday parties in Olomouc tap into this creative spirit, offering a fresh alternative to traditional Czech celebrations. We often host sessions near the University areas or at designated chill-out zones where the city's youthful energy is most felt. There is something magical about blending the baroque charm of the town with the neon pops of a fresh piece of street art. 🎨

Fun fact: While Olomouc is known as the "spiritual capital" of Moravia, it is also home to thousands of students, making it one of the most vibrant and creatively open cities in the Czech Republic!
