Is the graffiti workshop safe for secondary school students?

Absolutely! We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep those school uniforms or trendy outfits clean. Our workshops take place in well-ventilated outdoor areas or legal graffiti zones in Olomouc to ensure everyone breathes easy. Our professional artists also give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone even touches a spray can, making sure the experience is as safe as it is fun.

Do we need to provide the space at our school?

Ideally, we need a legal graffiti wall or a spacious outdoor area where we can set up our mobile canvases. If your school in Olomouc has a courtyard or a sports field, that's usually perfect! We can also arrange a trip to a local legal spot. If weather is an issue, we have indoor solutions using water-based, low-odour paints that are specifically designed for interior use without the fumes.

Do the students need any prior artistic skills?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for complete beginners. Our instructors are professional artists who break down the process into simple, easy-to-follow steps. From learning how to hold the can to mastering 'fades' and 'outlines', we guide the students the whole way. You’ll be amazed at the high-quality mural the group can produce by the end of the session!

How much does a workshop in Olomouc cost?

The price usually starts from 600 Kč per student, but it depends on the total number of participants and the specific setup you choose. For larger secondary school groups, we offer significant discounts. The best way to get an accurate price is to use our online cost calculator or send us a quick message for a bespoke quote tailored to your school's budget.

How long does the graffiti experience last?

A standard secondary school session lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the creation of a final large-scale group masterpiece. We can also adapt the timing to fit exactly within your school's timetable or a specific 'activity day' slot if required.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We bring everything! This includes premium spray paint in a huge range of colours, various 'caps' (nozzles) for different effects, protective gear, and the surfaces to paint on. We can set up large plastic film walls or use wooden boards that the school can keep afterwards. Students just need to bring their energy and some clothes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on.

How does the payment process work for schools?

We don't ask for any money upfront. You can book your date and confirm the details with us, and the payment is only settled after the workshop is successfully completed. This gives schools and teachers total peace of mind. We also have backup artists available, so even if an instructor falls ill, your Olomouc graffiti event will still go ahead as planned.

Local culture

Olomouc might be famous for its stunning Holy Trinity Column and historic fountains, but beneath its baroque surface lies a vibrant, modern pulse. The city has a growing appreciation for urban art, moving away from the "vandalism" stigma towards a culture of creative expression. Our workshops often take place near the legal zones or in school grounds, bridging the gap between Olomouc's rich history and the contemporary street art scene. 🎨

Fun Olomouc Fact: Did you know Olomouc is often called "Little Prague"? While it has the same fairytale charm, its street art scene is more intimate and community-focused, making it the perfect backdrop for a school workshop where students can truly feel like they are contributing to the city's visual story! 🏰

Pricing

Our workshop prices are designed to be accessible for school budgets, typically ranging between 600 Kč and 1300 Kč per student. The final price depends on the number of participants, the duration of the session, and whether you want to keep the final canvases. ✨

Because every school has different needs, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We offer special discounts for large groups and multi-day bookings.
