All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, some comfortable old clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on, and perhaps a notebook for lesson planning ideas!

How long does the teacher professional development session last?

The training typically lasts between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the specific curriculum we design for your group. We can condense it into an intensive afternoon or expand it into a full-day professional development retreat. During this time, we cover everything from the history of street art to hands-on technique and the practicalities of managing a class of students with spray cans.

Is spray painting safe to do in a school environment?

Safety is our absolute number one priority, especially when we are teaching you how to teach others. we use low-pressure cans that are easier to control and premium respiratory protection. We cover 'The Golden Rules' of classroom graffiti safety, including ventilation, proper distance, and nozzle management. You will leave the workshop with a comprehensive understanding of how to keep your students safe and the environment clean.

What is the cost of the teacher training in Olomouc?

Pricing in Olomouc generally ranges from Kč600 to Kč1300 per person. The final cost depends on the number of teachers attending, the location (we can come to your school or host you at our creative space), and the volume of materials required. Because every school has different needs, we recommend requesting a custom quote so we can provide the most accurate pricing for your specific professional development goals.

Do we receive a certificate after completing the training?

Yes, we certainly do! Upon completion of the Graffitifun Teacher Training program, you will receive a certificate of participation. This document outlines the skills you've mastered, such as mural composition, aerosol safety, and street art history. It's a fantastic addition to your professional portfolio and proves your commitment to bringing modern, engaging art forms into the Czech education system.

Where in Olomouc do the workshops take place?

Olomouc is a beautiful city with a rich cultural vibe. We can host the training directly at your school grounds if you have a suitable outdoor wall or ventilated space. Local culture

Olomouc is famous for its stunning Baroque fountains and the Holy Trinity Column, but there is a growing pulse of modern creativity beneath its historic surface. The city’s student-heavy population makes it the perfect breeding ground for contemporary art forms. While the city centre is a UNESCO treasure, the outskirts and student districts are seeing a rise in sanctioned street art projects that add a splash of colour to the Moravian landscape.

Fun Fact: Did you know Olomouc was once the capital of Moravia? Today, it bridges that royal history with a fresh, youthful energy, making it one of the coolest places in the Czech Republic to explore the intersection of old-school architecture and new-school spray paint!

By bringing graffiti into your Olomouc classroom, you are connecting your students with a global movement while respecting the local artistic heritage of this incredible city. We also offer sessions in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Plzen.
