Is the graffiti workshop safe for all participants?

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority in Rakiraki. We provide high-quality breathing masks, gloves, and protective suits to ensure everyone stays clean and safe. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use low-odour paints where possible and ensure the outdoor or ventilated workspace is perfectly set up for a worry-free creative session for all ages.

Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Not at all! Our charity events are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to secret Picassos. Our expert graffiti artists guide your group through every step, from basic can control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on the 'fun' in fundraiser, ensuring that even those who have never held a spray can before walk away feeling proud of the masterpiece they helped create.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

The beauty of a graffiti charity event is its flexibility. We can host small community groups or large-scale festivals with hundreds of participants. Whether you are a small non-profit in Rakiraki or a large corporate sponsor, we scale our materials, artist count, and workspace to fit your needs perfectly. Just let us know your expected numbers and we will handle the rest!

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Rain doesn't have to stop the fun! While we love the Fiji sunshine, we always have a Plan B. We can work under gazebos, large marquees, or move the event to a well-ventilated indoor space using water-based, low-odour spray paints. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what, providing total peace of mind for your fundraising goals.

How specifically does this help us raise money?

The primary way to raise funds is through 'sponsored mural' slots, where donors pay to add their touch to a massive community wall. We also offer charity auctions of the canvases created during the day. Another popular option is 'live art' where our pros paint a masterpiece that is raffled off. It’s a high-energy, visual way to attract donors and create lasting memories.

Where in Rakiraki do the workshops take place?

We bring the party to you! We can set up at your charity’s headquarters, a local park, or a rented community space in Rakiraki. We use mobile graffiti walls or large canvases, meaning we don't need a permanent wall to make a big impact. Our team handles the entire setup and pack-down, leaving the site exactly as we found it—except for the amazing art!

The experience

Why settle for ordinary when you can create something extraordinary? A graffiti workshop isn't just an activity; it's a visual statement that captures attention and drives donations. Here is why Rakiraki charities are choosing us:

High engagement: It’s hard to ignore a giant, colourful mural being created in real-time—perfect for social media buzz! 📸
Inclusivity: Street art is for everyone. From kids to elders, anyone can contribute to the final masterpiece regardless of skill. 🤝
Zero risk: With our 'pay after' policy and backup artists, your fundraiser's logistics are in safe hands. 💪
Lasting impact: The final artwork serves as a permanent (or portable) reminder of the community's support for your cause. 🏆
Bespoke themes: We tailor the art to your charity's specific goals, ensuring the message is clear and powerful. 🎨

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your cause and vision. We’ll discuss how a graffiti event can best serve your specific fundraising goals in Rakiraki.
Design & theme: Our artists work with you to create a 'blueprint' that reflects your charity’s mission and incorporates local Fijian elements.
Location setup: On the day, we arrive early to set up mobile walls, floor protection, and all the gear needed for a professional street art studio.
Introduction & safety: We kick off with a high-energy intro, teaching your guests about graffiti history and, most importantly, how to use the equipment safely.
The 'first spray': Our pros demonstrate the basic techniques—don't worry, even the most nervous beginners will stay 'within the lines' with our guidance!
Collaborative painting: This is where the magic happens. Participants work together to fill in the mural, adding their unique flair to the collective masterpiece.
Live detailing: As the group finishes, our artists add the 'pro touch'—outlines, highlights, and flares that make the whole piece pop and look world-class.
The big reveal: We celebrate the finished work! This is the perfect time for photos, speeches, and making that final fundraising push before the paint dries.

Good to know

Duration: Sessions usually run between 1.5 to 3 hours, but we can adapt to full-day festival formats.
Group Sizes: We cater to everything from small teams of 10 to massive community crowds of 200+.
Included: We provide all spray paint, canvases or mobile walls, protective suits, gloves, and high-quality masks.

Local culture

Rakiraki is the heart of the Ra Province, known for its stunning views of Nakauvadra Range and its deep-rooted community spirit. While Fiji is famous for its traditional crafts, the modern energy of street art is finding a unique home here. Bringing a graffiti charity event to Rakiraki means blending the 'Bula Spirit' with contemporary urban expression. We love seeing how local legends and tropical colours inspire the murals we create together. 🌺

Fun Fact! Did you know that Rakiraki is considered one of the most spiritual places in Fiji? It is said that the legendary 'Degei' (the creator god in Fijian mythology) lives in the nearby Nakauvadra mountains. We love channelling that powerful local energy into every mural we paint! ⛰️

Every charity event we run in Rakiraki is as unique as the cause it supports!
