Is the graffiti workshop safe for children attending a communion?

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, protective gloves, and full-body ponchos to keep clothes clean. Our professional artists supervise every second of the workshop, ensuring that the spray cans are used correctly and safely. It is a controlled environment where kids can be creative without any risks. Plus, we use low-odor paints whenever possible to keep the experience pleasant for everyone involved.

What kind of venue do I need for a graffiti workshop in Halifax?

Ideally, we recommend an outdoor space with good ventilation, like a backyard, driveway, or a rented community hall space in Halifax. If you have a specific venue in mind, just let us know! We are very flexible and can often adapt to different environments. We bring protective floor coverings to ensure we leave the site exactly as we found it—minus the beautiful new canvas art your guests created!

Do the kids need to have artistic skills or prior experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our pro artists start with the basics, like how to hold a can and control the pressure, before moving on to cool techniques like fading and outlining. By the end of the session, even those who claim they can't draw a stick figure will be amazed at the vibrant street art they've created. It is all about having fun!

How long does a typical communion graffiti session last?

A standard communion celebration workshop usually lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a safety briefing, a demonstration of techniques, and plenty of hands-on spray time. It fits perfectly into a larger party schedule, leaving time for lunch and other festivities. If you have a larger group and want a more in-depth session, we can easily extend the duration to suit your needs.

What materials are included in the workshop price?

Everything is included! We provide all the professional spray cans in a huge variety of colors, high-quality canvases (which the kids get to keep!), and all necessary safety gear like masks and gloves. You don't need to worry about a thing. We even bring drop cloths to protect the ground. Just bring your enthusiasm and maybe some old clothes just in case!

What happens if the scheduled artist can't make it?

We pride ourselves on reliability. We have a solid team of backup artists available in the Halifax area. This means that even if an emergency crops up with your scheduled instructor, we have a professional ready to step in so your celebration goes off without a hitch. We have never cancelled a party due to artist availability, ensuring total peace of mind for your big day.

How much does a graffiti workshop cost for a communion party?

Our pricing is flexible and depends on your group size and the specific setup you want. Generally, prices range from C$40 to C$90 per person. For a communion party, we often have special group rates to make it affordable for families. The best way to get an accurate price is to use our online cost calculator or request a custom quote so we can tailor the experience to your budget.
