Do we need any previous art experience to enjoy this?

Absolutely! Most of our guests in Ruse have never touched a spray can before. Our professional artists are expert teachers who specialize in making everyone feel like a pro. We start with the basics—how to hold the can, pressure control, and simple lines—before moving on to your team masterpiece. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the high-quality street art your team can produce together.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard company outing in Ruse typically lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This includes the safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your team artwork. If you have a specific schedule or want to combine it with a lunch along the Danube, we can easily adjust the timing to fit your corporate itinerary. We are flexible and aim to make the day stress-free.

What materials are included in the workshop package?

We provide everything you need to get creative safely. This includes high-quality spray cans in a rainbow of colours, protective overalls, gloves, and masks. We also provide the canvases or walls for the workshop. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We’ve got the rest of the 'gear' covered for your team!

What happens if the weather in Ruse isn't great?

While we often use outdoor locations to capture that authentic Ruse street art vibe, we have several indoor options and backup plans for rainy days. We use low-odour or water-based paints for indoor sessions to ensure a comfortable environment. Your event will go ahead rain or shine, as we always have a 'Plan B' location or setup ready to go. No cancellations here!

Do we have to pay in advance for the booking?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'play now, pay later' policy. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your booking in Ruse. We believe in the quality of our workshops so much that you only pay after the event is completed. This makes the administrative side of things much easier for your company’s finance department as well.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Our Ruse workshops are highly scalable! We can host small, intimate teams of 10 or large corporate groups of over 100 people. For larger groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple stations so that everyone stays engaged and gets plenty of 'can time.' Each participant will feel involved in the creative process regardless of the total headcount.

The experience

Why settle for the same old corporate events when you can do something that your team will actually talk about on Monday morning? A graffiti workshop in Ruse is the ultimate "think outside the box" activity. Here is why it works:

Total Inclusivity: You don't need to be an athlete or an artist. Everyone can press a spray can button and contribute to the team's success. ✨
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the flow of bright colours on a canvas.
Authentic Collaboration: Our "Big Picture" format requires teams to communicate effectively to ensure their individual pieces fit into one giant mural. 🤝
Visible Results: At the end of the day, you have a physical piece of art that can be displayed in your Ruse office as a lasting memory.
Zero Risk: With our backup artist guarantee and "pay after" policy, your event is in the safest hands in the industry. 🏆
Energy Boost: Our artists bring a high-octane, fun vibe that revitalizes team spirit and breaks down social barriers.

The main event: Your team works together on a giant collective canvas or wall, merging individual styles into one cohesive masterpiece.
Final touches: Our artists help you add those crisp outlines and highlights that make the artwork truly pop.
The reveal & photos: We finish with a group photoshoot in front of your creation—perfect for the company newsletter or LinkedIn!

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Ruse isn't just a city of beautiful Belle Époque architecture; it’s a place where tradition meets a growing modern creative scene. We love hosting workshops here because the backdrop of the Danube River provides an inspiring atmosphere for artistic expression. The city's spirit of innovation—being the site of many "firsts" in Bulgaria—makes it the perfect location for a company outing that tries something new and bold.

Fun Fact about Ruse: Did you know Ruse is often called "The City of the Firsts"? It had the first railway station, the first printing house, and even the first cinema show in Bulgaria. By choosing a graffiti workshop, you're continuing that tradition of being ahead of the curve! 🎤

From the wide alleys of the City Garden to the industrial vibes near the port, Ruse offers diverse locations that perfectly complement the grit and glamour of street art culture. We bring that authentic Ruse energy into every session we lead.
