Do we need to be good at drawing to participate?

Absolutely! No artistic 'talent' is required for our leadership workshops in Lucknow. Our professional graffiti artists guide your team through the basics of spray painting, lettering, and blending. The focus is on the process of collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving rather than technical perfection. You'll be surprised at how quickly your team can create something stunning when they work together!

How long does a typical workshop last?

A typical leadership training session lasts between 2.5 to 4 hours. This includes the briefing, safety instructions, brainstorming, the actual painting phase, and a final debrief where we connect the creative exercise back to your corporate leadership goals. We can adjust the duration based on your schedule, ensuring your team gets the most out of this high-energy experience.

Is the spray paint safe and what protective gear is provided?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality respiratory masks, disposable gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and clean. We use spray cans that meet safety standards and conduct our workshops in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our experienced instructors provide a full safety briefing before any paint is sprayed, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for your staff.

Where in Lucknow do these workshops take place?

We are incredibly flexible! We can host the workshop at your office premises if you have an outdoor area or a well-ventilated space, or we can arrange a dedicated creative studio or outdoor venue in Lucknow. From Gomti Nagar to Hazratganj, we bring the graffiti kit to a location that suits your team's logistics and vibe.

What is the ideal group size for leadership training?

Generally, we recommend a minimum of 10 participants to get the full collaborative dynamic, but we can cater to groups of up to 100+ people. For very large teams, we split them into 'crews' that work on different sections of a larger mural, which is a fantastic exercise for cross-departmental communication and alignment.

Do we need to pay in advance?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our 'Play Now, Pay Later' philosophy. We don't require upfront payments to secure your booking. You only pay after the workshop is successfully completed and your team is buzzing with inspiration. This ensures 100% satisfaction and makes the procurement process much easier for your HR or finance department.

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti mural?

Yes! We can facilitate sessions where the final artwork reflects your company's mission, specific project goals, or core values. Our artists work with you beforehand to design a concept that resonates with your leadership objectives. The result is a vibrant, tangible representation of your team's vision that can even be displayed in your office afterwards.

Local culture

Lucknow is a city that prides itself on 'Tehzeeb' (etiquette) and 'Nafasat' (refinement), but it’s also a city rapidly embracing modern urban culture. From the intricate carvings of the Residency to the sprawling parks of Janeshwar Mishra, Lucknow is a canvas of history and future. Our street art workshops tap into this evolution, offering a contemporary way for local leaders to express themselves.

Fun Fact: Did you know Lucknow’s Marine Drive (along the Gomti River) has become a hub for youth culture and local expression? It’s the perfect backdrop for a city that is blending its royal heritage with a new, creative spirit. 🎨
