How long does a live painting session usually last?

A live painting performance in Bukit Timah usually lasts between 2 to 4 hours, aligned with your event's peak hours. However, we are flexible! If you are hosting an all-day festival or a multi-day brand activation, we can arrange for extended sessions or multiple artists to keep the energy high from start to finish.

Is the spray paint safe for indoor events?

Safety is our priority. We use high-quality, low-odour professional spray paint and acrylics. For indoor events in Bukit Timah venues, we can use water-based paints that are virtually scent-free. We also provide floor protection and ventilation advice to ensure your guests enjoy the art without any discomfort or mess.

What kind of setup do you need from the venue?

We don't need much! Typically, a flat space of about 3x3 metres is enough for the artist and the canvas. We bring all our own supplies, including drop cloths to protect the floor. If the event is outdoors, a shaded area is preferred to keep the artist (and the paint) at their best.

Can you include our company logo in the artwork?

Absolutely! We love collaborating with brands. Our artists can integrate your specific logo, brand colours, and key messaging into the artwork. This makes live painting a powerful tool for brand activations and corporate identity launches, providing a unique visual that guests will remember long after the event ends.

What happens to the artwork after the event?

At the end of the session, the masterpiece is yours to keep! Many of our clients in Bukit Timah choose to display the finished canvas in their office lobby, gift it to a lucky attendee, or auction it for charity. It serves as a permanent, cool memento of a successful event.

Do I need to pay a deposit upfront?

No stress here! We operate on a 'play now, pay later' basis. You don't need to make any upfront payments to secure your date. Once the workshop or performance is completed to your satisfaction, we will handle the billing. This keeps the booking process smooth and risk-free for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots which fill up fast. However, we have a large team of backup artists ready to go, so if you have a last-minute request for an event in Bukit Timah, give us a shout and we'll do our best to make it happen!
