Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely no prior experience is needed! Our Martin-based street artists are experts at guiding beginners. We start with the basics of nozzle control and spray techniques before moving on to the creative networking phase. It’s all about the process and making connections, so there is zero pressure to be the next Banksy. Just bring your enthusiasm and we will handle the rest!

What should we wear and what materials are provided?

We take care of everything. We provide high-quality spray paint, protective gloves, masks, and coveralls to keep your professional attire safe. Of course, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty just in case. The venue is prepared with drop cloths and ventilation to ensure a safe, creative, and comfortable environment for all attendees.

How long does a typical networking workshop last?

Our networking graffiti workshops typically last between 2 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, a technical demonstration, the collaborative painting session, and plenty of time for meaningful conversations and networking between participants. If you have a specific schedule to stick to in Martin, we can easily adapt the duration to fit your event timeline.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for everyone?

Yes, safety is our top priority! We use high-quality low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our professional artists supervise the entire session to ensure everyone follows safety protocols. We also ensure that the chosen location in Martin has adequate ventilation or is an outdoor space suitable for spray painting.

Can we take our artwork home after the event?

One of the highlights of our networking events is that you get to keep what you create! Depending on the setup, participants can take home their individual spray-painted canvases or we can create a large-scale mural on panels that can be displayed at your office or community space in Martin. It’s a fantastic physical memento of the connections made during the event.

Where in Martin does the networking event take place?

We are highly flexible! We can host the event at one of our partner creative spaces in Martin, or if you have a suitable backlot, warehouse, or ventilated hall, we can bring the workshop to you. We regularly work with local venues to find the perfect 'urban' backdrop that fits the vibe of a professional yet creative networking session.

How does the payment process work?

Unlike most event providers, we don't require upfront payments to secure your date. You can book your networking event with confidence, knowing you only pay after the workshop is complete. This reflects our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the vibe and the results, we’ll make it right. We believe in building trust with the Martin community.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti-themed networking event in Martin? Because traditional networking can feel forced, but art is a universal language that breaks the ice instantly. Here’s why our workshops are the talk of the town:

Authentic Connection: It’s hard to be "stiff" when you’re both trying to master a spray can. The art acts as a natural bridge between people. 🤝
Total Inclusivity: Street art doesn't care about your job title. Everyone starts at the same level, creating a truly horizontal networking environment. 💪
Memorable Outcomes: You won't just leave with a pocket full of cards; you'll leave with a shared memory of creating something tangible and beautiful. 🏆
Zero Pressure: Our expert artists handle the technical bits, so you can focus on the "networking" part of the event without stressing over the "art" part. 🎤
Boosting Local Pride: We celebrate Martin’s creative spirit, giving local professionals a unique way to collaborate within their own city. 🇸🇰

Step by step

The welcoming icebreaker: We kick things off with a brief intro and a fun "tagging" name-game to get everyone comfortable and introduce the artists.
Street art crash course: Our pros demonstrate essential spray techniques, from "fading" to "cutting" lines, ensuring everyone feels confident with a can.
Collaborative brainstorming: Participants are split into mixed groups to discuss themes and concepts, sparking the first real networking conversations.
Outline and sketch: Groups work together to sketch their master plan onto the canvas or wall, encouraging teamwork and shared vision.
The filling phase: This is where the energy peaks! Everyone grabs cans and starts bringing the collaborative mural to life with bursts of colour.
Dynamic rotation: To maximise networking, we encourage participants to move between sections, meeting new people while contributing to different parts of the art.
Final touches and detailing: Our artists help add those professional highlights and "pops" that make the final artwork look world-class.
The grand reveal and gallery walk: We step back to admire the collective work, followed by a final networking session where the art serves as the ultimate conversation starter.

Good to know

We’ve designed our networking workshops to be as seamless as possible for organisers and participants alike:

Duration: Usually 2 to 3 hours, but we can tailor this to suit your lunch break or evening mixer.
Group Sizes: We cater to everything from intimate groups of 10 to large-scale mixers of 100+ people.
Everything included: High-quality spray cans (low pressure for better control), caps, protective gear, and canvases are all provided.
Safety first: Professional supervision and high-spec masks ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Expert guidance: Our team consists of active graffiti artists who are also trained facilitators.

Local culture

Martin has always been a city of culture and intellect, often called the "Turčianska záhrada" (the garden of Turiec). While it is famous for its historical significance as a centre of Slovak national identity, there is a growing modern energy pulsing through the city. From the cafes near the Slovak National Museum to the industrial pockets, Martin is the ideal place to blend tradition with modern urban expression. 🏰

Fun Fact: Did you know Martin was once the official capital of Slovak culture? Bringing street art here feels like a natural evolution of that creative legacy, adding a contemporary, colourful layer to the city's rich history. We love hosting events here because the local community is always so open to new, innovative ways of connecting! ✨
