Do we need any previous artistic experience to join?

Absolutely! Most of our networking event participants in Nitra have never held a spray can before. Our professional artists guide you through every step, from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on the 'fun' in functionality, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the masterpiece your team has created together.

What equipment do you provide for the networking event?

We take care of everything. We provide high-quality spray paint, gloves, masks, and protective suits to keep your professional attire clean. We also bring the canvases or mobile walls. If you’re hosting the event at your own venue in Nitra, we just need a well-ventilated space or an outdoor area. We even handle the clean-up, leaving you to focus on your new connections.

How does graffiti actually help with professional networking?

Graffiti is a fantastic icebreaker because it levels the playing field. Unlike traditional 'cocktail and chat' events, a creative workshop gives people a shared goal. In Nitra, we find that the collaborative nature of mural painting naturally sparks conversations, breaks down corporate hierarchies, and encourages genuine team bonding that lasts long after the paint has dried on the wall.

How long does a typical creative networking session last?

Typically, our networking workshops in Nitra last between 1.5 and 3 hours. This allows enough time for an introduction, technique practice, the main creative session, and plenty of time for socialising and photos. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule or a dedicated evening social mixer depending on your specific requirements.

Is the spray paint safe to use indoors?

Safety is our top priority. We use low-odour, high-quality spray paints and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including FFP2 or FFP3 masks and nitrile gloves. Our artists are trained in safety protocols to ensure the environment remains clean and safe for everyone involved. We also ensure proper ventilation or work outdoors whenever possible to maintain a fresh atmosphere.

Can you host the networking event at our specific office or venue?

We are highly flexible! While we have vibrant locations we work with in Nitra, we can also bring the entire workshop to your office, a local hotel garden, or a conference centre. As long as we have permission and a suitable space (preferably outdoors or very well-ventilated), we can set up our mobile graffiti walls and get the creative juices flowing anywhere you choose.

What happens to the artwork once the event is finished?

One of the best parts of our Nitra workshops is that you get to keep the results! You can take home your individual canvases, or if we've created a large-scale collaborative mural on boards, you can display it in your office as a permanent reminder of the event. It serves as a great conversation starter for future clients and a symbol of your team's unity.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next professional gathering? Because standing around with a lukewarm drink isn't how real partnerships are forged. Here is why Nitra's businesses are switching to street art:

Instant Icebreaker: Nothing kills social anxiety like being handed a spray can and a mission. It’s impossible to be pretentious in a boiler suit! 🛠️
Visual Collaboration: Unlike a lecture, you’re creating something tangible together, mirroring the way you should be working in the office.
Memorable Branding: Create a piece of art that reflects your company mission or your new project's goals.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the flow of vibrant colours. 🌈
Inclusivity: Street art is for everyone—no matter your age, job title, or fitness level, you can contribute to the mural.
Professional Guidance: Our artists ensure the final result looks incredible, so your team leaves feeling like winners. 🏆

Step by step

The warm-up: We kick things off with a high-energy introduction to the world of street art and a quick safety briefing.
Design brainstorming: In small groups, you'll brainstorm themes or keywords that represent your industry or company values.
Technique workshop: Our pros teach you the 'can-control' basics—lines, dots, and fills—so you’re ready to spray with confidence.
Sketching the mural: We help you outline a large-scale collaborative design on our mobile graffiti walls or individual canvases.
The Great Spray: This is the main event! Participants work together, layering colours and textures while chatting and networking naturally.
The finishing touches: Our artists help you add those professional 'pops'—highlights and sharp outlines—to make the artwork shine.
The big reveal: We step back, admire the collective masterpiece, and take plenty of team photos for your socials.
Debrief and drinks: Wrap up the session with some refreshments while discussing the creative process and making final business connections.

Good to know

Duration: Usually 2 to 3 hours, but we can tailor it to your schedule.
Group size: Ideal for groups from 10 to 100+ people. We scale our artist team to match.
What's included: All premium spray paint, protective overalls, gloves, masks, canvases/boards, and expert tuition.
Safety first: We use high-grade PPE and eco-conscious paints wherever possible. Our artists are first-aid aware and focus on a safe, clean environment.
Weather: We have indoor solutions and mobile setups that work year-round, regardless of the Slovak weather. 🌦️

Local culture

Nitra, the "Mother of Slovak Cities," has a soul that balances deep history with a growing modern edge. While the city is famous for its majestic castle and the Pedestrian Zone architecture, there is an emerging appreciation for contemporary urban culture. Hosting your networking event here means tapping into that vibrant energy. From the student buzz of the universities to the industrial powerhouse of the Jaguar Land Rover park, Nitra is a melting pot of talent hungry for unique experiences. We love bringing our mobile graffiti sets to this city because the backdrop of the Zobor mountain provides the perfect inspiration for any team mural.

Fun Fact: Nitra is one of the oldest cities in Slovakia, but it's also a major "University City," meaning there's a constant stream of fresh, creative energy flowing through the streets—perfect for a modern graffiti-style meet-up! 🏰✨
