Do I need to be an artist to join the networking event?

Absolutely not. Our professional artists start with a safety briefing and a tutorial on basic techniques. We provide templates and guided practice so everyone feels confident before they start spraying. Most of our attendees in Monterrey have never touched a spray can before, yet they always leave with a piece of art they are proud of. It is all about the process and having a great time together.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for professional clothing?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high quality FFP2 masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use low pressure spray cans that are easier to control and less messy. Our workshops are held in well ventilated areas or outdoors. Our team is trained to manage groups safely while ensuring everyone has a brilliant time experimenting with the paint.

How long does the networking event usually last?

A typical creative networking session lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives your group enough time for some initial icebreakers, a demonstration from our artists, individual practice, and the final collaborative masterpiece. We find this is the perfect duration to keep the energy high without anyone getting tired. We can also adjust the timing to fit into a larger conference schedule if needed.

Where in Monterrey do these networking events take place?

We are extremely flexible. We can host the event at a dedicated street art spot in Monterrey, or we can bring the entire setup to your office car park, a hotel garden, or a hired event space. As long as we have a well ventilated area and permission to be there, we can make the magic happen. We provide all the necessary protective floor coverings to keep the venue tidy.

How does graffiti help with professional networking?

Our networking events are designed to be highly interactive. Unlike traditional mixers where people stick to who they know, our graffiti tasks require communication and shared creativity. We often split people into random teams to design a mural together, which naturally breaks the ice and forces people to collaborate in a fun, low pressure environment. It is the perfect way to build genuine professional connections.

What happens if we need to cancel or change our booking?

We understand that plans can change. One of the best things about Graffitifun is that we do not require upfront payments. You can book your date and pay after the workshop is completed. Additionally, we have a large team of backup artists available. This means even if an instructor falls ill, your event in Monterrey will still go ahead as planned without any stress for you.

The experience

Why choose a creative networking event in Monterrey? Because the usual business events can be a bit stiff. Adding a spray can to the mix changes everything. Here is why it works:

Genuine connection: It is hard to be formal when you are wearing a protective suit and spraying paint. It breaks down barriers instantly! ✨
Memorable impact: People will be talking about the time they made graffiti long after they have forgotten what was on a PowerPoint slide.
Creative problem solving: Working on a mural requires teamwork and quick thinking, skills that translate perfectly back to the boardroom. 🔥
No artist skills needed: Our professional team makes sure everyone looks like a pro, regardless of their past experience.
Physical memento: Take your canvases back to the office as a permanent reminder of the connections you made. 🏆
Stress relief: Spraying paint is incredibly cathartic and a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your networking goals and the size of your group in Monterrey to tailor the perfect creative session.
Arrival and welcome: Your guests arrive at the venue and are greeted with protective gear and a cool, high energy atmosphere.
Artist demonstration: Our professional graffiti artists show off their skills and teach you the basics of can control, cap types, and safety.
The icebreaker tag: Everyone starts by creating their own signature or tag on a small canvas to get the creative juices flowing and introduce themselves.
Collaborative brainstorming: We split the group into teams to sketch out ideas for a large scale mural that represents your industry or shared goals.
The main spray: This is where the networking happens. Participants work together to fill in the mural, swapping cans and discussing techniques.
Final touches: Our artists help you add those professional outlines and highlights to make the artwork really pop for the photos.
Photo op and wrap up: We take group photos in front of your masterpiece. You can even choose to take the canvases back to your office or keep them as a memento.

Good to know

Our networking events are designed to be as seamless as possible for organisers. Here is what you need to know about the logistics:

Local culture

Monterrey is a city that thrives on industry and innovation, and its street art scene is no different. From the bustling streets of Barrio Antiguo to the modern industrial backdrops of San Pedro, the city is a canvas of Northern Mexican identity. There is a raw, hardworking energy here that matches the bold strokes of graffiti perfectly. We love bringing our events to "La Sultana del Norte" because the local professionals are always ready to dive into something new and challenging.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Monterrey has hosted several international urban art festivals? The city has a deep appreciation for "muralismo" which evolved from traditional Mexican roots into the modern street art we see today! 🎨

Our workshops respect this local heritage while introducing modern spray painting techniques. Whether you want to explore other cities like Mexico City or Guadalajara, or stay right here in Monterrey, we provide an authentic urban experience that resonates with the local culture.

Pricing

Because every networking event is unique, we do not have a one size fits all price list. Prices depend on group size and setup, as well as the specific location you choose in Monterrey. We offer various packages from basic canvas sessions to massive collaborative wall murals.
