Do we need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Absolutely! Our networking events are designed for everyone, regardless of their artistic background. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your group throughout the entire process, from basic spray can techniques to advanced layering. The goal of the event is to foster connections and have fun, so don't worry about being the next Banksy. You'll be amazed at the high-quality mural your team can produce when you work together!

What should we wear and will we get messy?

We take safety and cleanliness very seriously. We provide all participants with high-quality protective gear, including overall suits, gloves, and specialised masks. This ensures your professional clothes remain spotless while you enjoy the creative process. We also use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all your guests to mingle and create.

How long does a creative networking session usually last?

A typical graffiti networking event in Timisoara lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours. This includes an intro and demonstration, the main creative session where the networking happens organically, and a final 'reveal' or photo session. We can easily adjust the timing to fit your specific event schedule, whether it's a quick ice-breaker or a full afternoon of collaborative mural painting.

What is the minimum or maximum group size?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you are a small startup team of 10 or a large corporate department of over 100, we can scale the workshop to suit your needs. For larger groups, we often set up multiple 'graffiti stations' or one massive collaborative wall to ensure everyone stays engaged and the networking remains fast-paced and inclusive for every single participant.

What happens if it rains on the day of our event?

While we love working outdoors in the fresh air, we always have a plan B. If the weather in Banat doesn't cooperate, we can move the event to a covered area or an indoor studio equipped with proper ventilation. Additionally, we have backup artists on call for every event, so you can rest easy knowing your networking session will go ahead exactly as planned, rain or shine.

Can we choose where the event takes place in Timisoara?

The beauty of graffiti is its flexibility. We can work on large temporary wooden walls, mobile canvases that you can take back to the office, or even individual panels that join together like a puzzle. If you have a specific venue in mind in Timisoara, we can often set up our professional masking systems to ensure the surrounding area remains completely untouched by paint.

Can we customise the theme of the graffiti wall?

Yes! We highly recommend choosing a theme that aligns with your company values, a specific project launch, or even the unique vibe of Timisoara itself. Our artists will help design a sketch that incorporates your brand colours or specific keywords. This makes the networking event feel deeply relevant to your business goals while providing a unique creative outlet for your professional guests.

The experience

Traditional networking can often feel forced, but when you're holding a spray can, the conversation flows naturally. Here’s why a graffiti workshop is the ultimate way to connect your crowd in Timisoara:

Break the social ice: There's no hierarchy when everyone is wearing a protective suit and learning a new skill together. 🔥
Boost collaborative spirit: Working on a shared mural requires communication and coordination, building genuine bonds.
Memorable brand impact: Your logo or company theme can be woven into the art, creating a lasting visual memory of the event.
Zero pressure environment: Our pro artists handle the technical stuff, so your guests can relax, chat, and enjoy the rhythm of the cans.
Unique take-aways: Create individual canvases that guests can keep as a memento of the connections they made. 🎤
Flexible & mobile: We can set up in hotel ballrooms, office parking lots, or even local Timisoara parks—we bring the party to you!

Step by step

Consultation & concept: We start by discussing your networking goals and group size to design a custom graffiti concept that reflects your brand or event theme.
Site setup: Our team arrives early at your Timisoara venue to set up protective flooring, professional easels, or our custom-built graffiti walls.
Gear up: Every guest receives a full protective kit, including a designer suit and mask, so they can dive into the art without worrying about their clothes.
Artist intro: Our pro graffiti artists give a high-energy demo, teaching the basics of 'caps', line work, and shading to get everyone inspired.
Collaborative sketching: Participants work together to brainstorm and sketch the initial outlines, sparking natural conversation and teamwork.
Colour & fill: The spray cans come out! Guests rotate through sections, chatting as they fill the mural with vibrant colours and bold patterns.
Finishing touches: Our lead artist helps the group add sharp outlines and highlights to make the collaborative masterpiece truly pop.
The big reveal: We wrap up with group photos and a celebratory look at the finished artwork—a perfect moment for final networking and toasts.

Local culture

Timisoara isn't just the "City of Flowers"; it’s one of Romania’s most significant street art canvases. Since its time as the European Capital of Culture, the city has embraced bold murals that tell stories of revolution and innovation. From the colourful walls in the Iosefin district to the student-led art in the university squares, the city breathes creativity. Our networking events tap into this local energy, encouraging professionals to think outside the box in a city known for being a trendsetter in Eastern Europe. ✨

Fun fact: Timisoara was the first city in mainland Europe to have electric street lighting—we like to think our bright graffiti workshops keep that tradition of "lighting up the city" alive through modern street art! 🎨
