Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our networking events are designed for everyone, from CEOs who haven't picked up a pen in years to creative directors. Our professional artists will guide your group through the basics of spray painting, letter structure, and can control. The goal is to facilitate natural conversations and team bonding through a shared new experience, so no prior artistic talent is required to have a blast.

How long does a typical graffiti networking session last?

A standard networking session in Ploiesti usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This includes an introduction to street art culture, a safety briefing, skill practice, and the collaborative mural creation. We find this timeframe is perfect for allowing guests to relax, get into the 'flow state,' and have meaningful conversations without feeling rushed before moving on to drinks or dinner.

Is the spray paint safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and specialized masks for every participant. We also use low-odour, professional-grade spray paints. The workshops are typically held in well-ventilated outdoor spaces or large industrial indoor venues in Ploiesti that meet all safety regulations. Our artists are also trained in on-site safety management to ensure everyone has a worry-free experience.

Can you host the networking event at our chosen venue?

We are incredibly flexible! Whether you want to host the event at your own office courtyard, a local park, or one of our partner creative hubs in Ploiesti, we can make it work. If you don't have a venue, we can help find the perfect 'gritty-chic' location that fits the street art vibe. We bring all the portable walls and materials to you.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We generally recommend a minimum of 10 people to get the best networking energy, but we can cater to groups of up to 200+. For very large groups, we bring in extra backup artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention and the atmosphere remains high-energy. Since we have a large team, we can scale the event to fit your specific corporate guest list.

Can we customise the graffiti theme to match our company brand?

Absolutely! One of the best parts of graffiti networking is seeing your brand through a creative lens. You can choose specific brand colours, incorporate your company values, or even have the team work on a giant version of your logo. It’s a fantastic way to reinforce corporate identity in a fun, non-corporate environment. Just let us know your preferences during the booking process.

What happens if we need to cancel or change the date?

We understand that plans can change. One of the unique benefits of booking with Graffitifun is that we don't require upfront payments. You pay after the workshop is successfully completed. Additionally, we have a network of backup artists ready to step in, so you never have to worry about your event being cancelled due to an artist's personal emergency. We value your peace of mind!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your next networking event in Ploiesti? Because traditional mixers can be awkward, but spray painting is a total equaliser! Here is why it works:

Breaks the Ice Instantly: Nothing says "hello" like accidentally spraying a neon orange circle together. It’s an immediate conversation starter! 🎤
Levels the Playing Field: In front of a blank wall, job titles don't matter. Everyone is a beginner, which encourages authentic connection.
Boosts Creativity: Engaging the creative side of the brain helps professionals think outside the box and solve problems more effectively. 🎨
Memorable Branding: Create a piece of art that represents your company's mission or event theme, providing a lasting visual memory.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and the flow of paint—perfect for unwinding after a long conference. 🔥

Looking for a different format? We also host school workshops, festival activations, bachelor parties, brand activations, company days, and kids' parties!

Step by step

The Meet & Greet: Arrive at the venue and grab a refreshment while our lead artist introduces the history of Romanian street art.
Safety & Gear-Up: Step into your protective overalls and fit your mask. We'll show you how to handle the cans safely.
The 'Tag' Icebreaker: Everyone starts by creating their own 'tag' or nickname on a practice wall—a quick way to break down professional barriers.
Basic Techniques: Our artists demonstrate lines, fades, and fills. You'll spend 20 minutes getting a feel for the pressure of the spray nozzle.
Collaborative Design: The group discusses the 'masterpiece' theme. This is where the real networking happens as you brainstorm together.
The Fill-In: Work side-by-side with your colleagues or clients to fill in the large-scale shapes of the mural.
Detailing & Outlining: Our professional artists help you add the 'pro' touches, like sharp outlines and highlights, to make the art pop.
The Reveal & Photos: Step back, admire the collective work, and take group photos. It’s the perfect LinkedIn moment!
Wrap-up & Networking: Conclude with a final drink and a chat about the experience before taking home your individual canvases.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Ploiesti, known as the capital of Romania's 'black gold' due to its rich oil heritage, has a unique industrial aesthetic that serves as the perfect backdrop for street art. While the city is celebrated for its history, the modern youth and creative scenes are increasingly turning to graffiti to add colour to the urban landscape. From the hidden gems near the Central Market to the industrial zones, Ploiesti’s grit is being transformed by local talent.

Fun Fact: Did you know Ploiesti was the world's first city to have an oil refinery? We love bringing that 'pioneer spirit' into our workshops, encouraging your team to innovate just like the city's founders! 🏆

In addition to Ploiesti, we also bring our creative energy to Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, and Iasi. Wherever you are in Romania, we are ready to spray!
