Do visitors need any previous artistic experience to participate?

Not at all! Our Ploiesti trade show workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional graffiti artists will guide your guests through everything from basic nozzle control to advanced layering techniques. We provide all the 'tricks of the trade' so that even someone who has never held a spray can before can walk away feeling like a street art pro. It's all about having fun and being creative!

What safety measures and protective gear do you provide?

We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 respiratory masks, protective gloves, and disposable overalls to keep everyone’s clothes clean. Our spray paints are low-odour and compliant with health standards. Furthermore, our expert instructors provide a safety briefing before any paint is sprayed, ensuring a secure and professional environment for all trade show attendees in Ploiesti.

How long does a typical graffiti session last at an event?

A standard mini-workshop for a visitor usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes—perfect for a trade show flow! However, we can also host longer, more in-depth sessions of 1.5 to 3 hours for scheduled VIP groups. We remain flexible to your booth's schedule, ensuring we maximise foot traffic without creating long queues that block the aisles. Myriad options are available to fit your specific event timeline.

Can we customise the graffiti art to match our brand or logo?

Absolutely! We love it when brands get creative. We can incorporate your company colours, logos, or specific themes into the graffiti designs. Whether it's a pre-sketched logo that visitors help fill in or a completely bespoke mural themed around your newest product launch, we make sure the street art aligns perfectly with your marketing goals and brand identity.

Is the workshop suitable for indoor trade show halls?

We can set up both indoors and outdoors! For indoor trade shows in Ploiesti, we use special low-odour paints and set up protective screening to ensure no overspray reaches neighbouring booths. If your event is outdoors, we have weather-resistant setups ready to go. We just need a flat surface and a bit of space to bring the urban vibe to your location.

How do I book a workshop and what are the payment terms?

Booking is simple and risk-free! You can start by using our online Cost Calculator for an instant estimate, or just drop us a message through our contact form. We don't require upfront payments—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have backup artists on standby to ensure your event in Ploiesti goes off without a hitch!

The experience

Why choose a graffiti experience for your next Ploiesti event? Because standing still is the same as moving backwards in the world of trade shows! Here is why we are the talk of the exhibition hall:

Unmatched Foot Traffic: The sound of spray cans and the vibrant colours act like a magnet for passing attendees. 🧲
Viral Potential: It is highly "Instagrammable." Your booth will be all over social media before the lunch break.
Authentic Engagement: Instead of a pitch, you start with a shared creative experience, building an instant rapport with leads.
Stress-Free Execution: We bring everything. You just provide the space, and we provide the magic. 🪄
Expert Instructors: Our artists aren't just talented; they are friendly, professional, and great at encouraging people to participate.
Custom Brand Integration: We make sure your logo is the star of the show, integrated into the art seamlessly.

Step by step

Consultation & Planning: We discuss your trade show goals, brand colours, and the available space at your Ploiesti booth.
Creative Brief: Our artists design a concept or 'skeleton' mural that incorporates your brand motifs for visitors to interact with.
On-site Setup: Our team arrives early at the venue to set up protective flooring, canvases, and our professional spray station.
Health & Safety Briefing: Each participant gets kitted out in protective gear and receives a quick demo on how to use the equipment safely.
Live Sketching: Our lead artist kicks off the energy by starting the piece, drawing in the crowds with live-action art.
Interactive Participation: Guests are invited to grab a can! Under our guidance, they add their own flair and colour to the communal masterpiece.
The Masterclass Touch: Throughout the day, our artists refine the work, ensuring the final result looks polished and professional.
Social Media Moment: We create a designated photo area so visitors can share their work (and your brand) across Instagram and TikTok.
Takedown & Cleaning: We pack up everything quickly and cleanly, leaving your booth spotless after the event concludes.

Local culture

Ploiesti, known as the heart of Romania's oil industry, has a surprisingly vibrant and growing urban culture. While the city is famous for its classic landmarks like the Clock Museum, there is a modern, edgy pulse beating through its streets. By bringing a graffiti workshop to your Ploiesti trade show, you are tapping into that local energy and offering something truly unique that stands out against the city's industrious backdrop. It’s a fantastic way to bridge the gap between tradition and modern creativity.

Fun Fact: Ploiesti was home to the world's first oil refinery, making it a city of "firsts." Why not continue that trend by being the first booth at your expo to host a live street art experience? 🚀
