How long does a typical showroom workshop last?

Our showroom experiences in Leipzig generally last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives you enough time to learn the basic strokes, design your masterpiece, and execute it with the help of our professional artists. If you have a specific time constraint for a retail event, we can adapt the schedule to fit your needs perfectly without losing the creative spark.

Do I need any prior art experience to participate?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for everyone, from total beginners to closet creatives. Our professional artists will guide you through every step, from holding the can to advanced shading techniques. By the time you're finished, you'll be amazed at the high-quality street art you've managed to create. It's all about having fun and being expressive!

Is the spray paint safe to use indoors?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective masks, gloves, and overalls to keep you and your clothes safe from paint. We also use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and ensure our showroom spaces are well-ventilated. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring a worry-free and enjoyable experience for all.

Can we choose a specific theme for our graffiti session?

Absolutely! The showroom experience is highly customisable. We can incorporate your company colours, logos, or a specific theme into the workshop. Whether you are launching a product or celebrating a milestone, we’ll work with you to ensure the final artwork reflects your brand identity while maintaining that authentic, edgy street art vibe.

What is the maximum group size for a showroom event?

We recommend a minimum group size of 5-10 people for the best atmosphere, but we can accommodate much larger groups of up to 50+ in our flexible showroom spaces. For retail events with high footfall, we can even run 'rolling' sessions where people join in throughout the day. Tell us your numbers, and we'll tailor the setup.

Do I need to pay for the workshop in advance?

We believe in the quality of our experiences, which is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy. You don't need to worry about upfront costs. Once the event is finished and you’re 100% satisfied with the creative outcome and the fun had by all, we process the payment. It’s total peace of mind for you!

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

Leipzig's weather can be unpredictable, but the beauty of our showroom experience is that it takes place in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. No matter if it's raining in Plagwitz or snowing in Mitte, your creative event will go ahead exactly as planned. We also have backup artists available to ensure your booking is never cancelled.

The experience

Why choose a showroom experience in Leipzig? It’s more than just painting; it’s about immersion in a city that lives and breathes art. Here is why our sessions stand out:

🔥 Pro equipment: Use the same high-end cans and caps that the world's best muralists use.
🌟 Indoor comfort: Come rain or shine, our showroom is always the perfect temperature for painting.
🚀 Brand boost: Perfect for retail activations or product launches that need a modern, edgy twist.
🎨 Local talent: Work alongside Leipzig's finest graffiti artists who are passionate about teaching.
💪 Zero risk: With our pay-after policy and backup artist guarantee, your event is in safe hands.
🏆 Take it home: Create your own masterpiece on canvas to keep as a souvenir of your Leipzig adventure.

Step by step

Welcome and intro: Meet our local artists and get a quick crash course on the history of street art in Leipzig.
Safety first: Get geared up in professional protective overalls, masks, and gloves to keep the vibe clean and safe.
Sketching the vision: Grab a marker or pencil and sketch out your ideas on paper first to find your flow.
Mastering the can: Learn "can control" – how to handle the pressure, swap nozzles, and create different line widths.
The filling stage: Start adding vibrant colours to your design, learning how to blend and layer like a pro.
Sharpening the outlines: Re-trace your edges to make your piece "pop" against the background.
Adding the flare: Use highlights and 3D effects to give your artwork depth and personality.
Final reveal: Step back, admire your work, and take some epic group photos for the 'gram.
Wrap up: Final signatures and a quick cleanup, leaving you with memories (and canvas art) that last forever.

Local culture

Leipzig is widely regarded as Germany's undercover capital of street art. From the mural-covered walls of Plagwitz to the alternative vibes of Connewitz, the city breathes creativity. Our showroom experience taps directly into this "Hypezig" energy, bringing the grit of the street into a professional, welcoming retail environment. We celebrate the local legends and the DIY spirit that makes this city unique.

Fun Fact: Did you know Leipzig is home to one of Germany's oldest continuously used "halls of fame" (legal graffiti walls)? The city's local authorities have long supported street art as a vital part of its cultural identity! 🎨
