Is the graffiti workshop wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being fully inclusive. If your group has specific mobility needs, we can host the workshop at a location in Leipzig with flat surfaces and easy access. We also adjust the height of the 'canvas' walls to ensure everyone can reach their masterpiece comfortably. Just let us know your requirements when booking so we can prepare the perfect spot.

How do you ensure safety for participants with special needs?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our artist-instructors are trained to supervise groups with diverse needs, ensuring that everyone follows safety protocols while still having a blast. We use low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable for all participants.

Can the workshop be adapted for different learning abilities?

We understand that every group is different. Our artists are experienced in adapting their teaching style—whether that means using more visual aids, providing one-on-one assistance, or slowing down the pace. We focus on the sensory and creative joy of the process rather than just the final result, ensuring every participant feels a sense of achievement and pride in their work.

Do we need to pay for the workshop in advance?

No way! We believe in keeping things stress-free. You don't have to pay anything upfront when you book your Leipzig graffiti experience. We provide an invoice after the workshop has been completed. This gives you peace of mind and flexibility, allowing you to focus entirely on organising a fantastic day out for your participants.

What should participants wear and bring with them?

Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy! While we provide protective overalls, gloves, and masks, it's always better to be safe. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are a must. We provide all the professional art supplies, including a wide range of spray paint colours and caps, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm and creative spirit.

How long does the workshop session typically last?

Usually, our special needs workshops in Leipzig last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This timeframe is often the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we are completely flexible! if you feel your group would benefit from a shorter session with more breaks, we can easily customise the schedule to fit your specific needs.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Leipzig can be unpredictable! If we've planned an outdoor session and the weather doesn't play ball, don't worry. We have access to various indoor spaces, or we can reschedule the event. Plus, we always have backup artists available, so you never have to worry about a cancellation from our side. Your creative day is safe with us!

Local culture

Leipzig has always been a city of pioneers and creators. From its historic role as a trade hub to the legendary Leipziger Baumwollspinnerei, which transformed from a cotton mill into a world-renowned art centre, the city breathes creativity. The local street art scene is equally vibrant, with murals tucked away in the trendy Plagwitz district and legal walls that celebrate the city's alternative spirit. We bring that same "Leipzig Love" to our workshops, tapping into the local culture of inclusivity and innovation.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Leipzig is often called "Hypezig"? It’s earned a reputation as one of Germany's coolest cities for artists because of its huge open spaces and welcoming community vibe! 🌟

Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing tailored to your specific requirements. Our workshop experiences in Leipzig typically range from €30 to €65 per person. This price includes all art supplies, safety gear, and the guidance of our professional graffiti artists. Factors such as the number of participants, the duration of the session, and the choice of location can influence the final cost. Remember, we don't require any payment upfront! 💸
