Is the graffiti workshop safe for individuals with special needs?

Yes, safety is our top priority in Alexandria. We use high-quality, water-based spray cans that are low-odor and non-toxic whenever possible. Every participant is provided with protective gloves, masks, and aprons. Our professional artists are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring everyone uses the tools correctly and stays safe while having a blast creating their masterpiece.

Can you accommodate different types of disabilities?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, we believe art is for everyone. Our workshops are flexible and can be adapted for various physical or cognitive needs. Whether it is adjusting the height of the canvas for wheelchair users or providing extra guidance for those with sensory sensitivities, we customize the experience in Alexandria to ensure every participant feels included and successful.

How long does a typical workshop last?

A standard special needs session in Alexandria typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. We find this is the 'sweet spot' to keep energy high without causing fatigue. However, we are happy to adjust the duration based on the specific needs and attention spans of your group to ensure everyone has a relaxed and enjoyable time.

Do we need to provide any materials for the workshop?

We provide everything you need! This includes a wide range of colorful spray paints, caps, gloves, masks, and protective clothing. We also bring the canvases or mobile walls. All you need to provide is an outdoor or well-ventilated space in Alexandria, and we will take care of the rest of the setup and cleanup.

What is the ideal group size for this program?

We usually suggest a minimum of 5 to 10 participants to create a great group dynamic, but we can host much larger groups as well. For special needs programs, we maintain a high artist-to-participant ratio to ensure everyone gets the personal attention they deserve. Just let us know your group size, and we will plan accordingly.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

While we cannot control the Alexandria weather, we always have a plan. If you have a large indoor, well-ventilated space (like a gym or warehouse), we can move the session inside. Alternatively, we can reschedule the workshop to a better day. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event always goes ahead as planned.

How do I book a session and when do I pay?

Booking is easy and stress-free! You can request a quote through our website. We do not require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is completed and you are 100% satisfied. This gives you total peace of mind when organizing your event in Alexandria.
