Is the graffiti workshop safe for teenagers and kids?

Absolutely! At Graffitifun, safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks and gloves, and our professional artists supervise every second of the session. Our spray cans are low-pressure to ensure they are easy to handle for younger participants. We make sure the environment is controlled and safe so everyone can focus on having fun and being creative without any worries.

Can you accommodate youth with different skill levels or needs?

Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our youth projects. We design our workshops to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their artistic background or physical abilities. If you have specific accessibility requirements for a group in Alexandria, just let us know. We will adapt our teaching methods and setup to ensure every participant feels welcome, capable, and inspired to contribute to the final masterpiece.

Where exactly do these workshops take place in Alexandria?

The best part about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We can host the workshop at various outdoor legal walls in Alexandria or even come to your youth center if you have a suitable outdoor space. If the weather is dusty or rainy, we have backup plans and indoor-friendly materials to ensure the creative process never stops. We handle all the logistics so you don't have to worry about a thing.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy and have a pool of backup artists ready to step in. If you need to reschedule your Alexandria youth project, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure your group gets the incredible street art experience they were looking forward to.

How long does a typical youth graffiti workshop last?

Youth projects typically last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a solid introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the creation of a large-scale mural. We can adjust the duration based on your specific schedule or the energy levels of the group. Whether it is a quick afternoon session or a deep-dive creative day, we make every minute count.

Do we need to provide any materials?

You don't need to bring a single thing! Graffitifun provides everything: professional-grade spray paint in a rainbow of colors, protective suits, gloves, high-quality masks, and boards or wall space. We even bring the inspiration! Just make sure the participants wear comfortable clothes and shoes they don't mind getting a tiny bit of paint on—even though we provide full-body protection suits.

The experience

Why choose a graffiti workshop for your youth project in Alexandria? It’s more than just a fun afternoon—it’s a transformative experience. Here is why groups love working with us:

Confidence building: Seeing a massive mural completed by their own hands gives young people a huge boost in self-esteem.
Teamwork in action: You can't finish a 10-meter wall alone. Our projects require communication and coordination.
Professional artists: Our team consists of seasoned pros who know how to connect with the younger generation.
Zero stress for organizers: We handle the setup, the materials, and the cleanup. You just bring the group!
Reliability: With backup artists and no upfront payment, your project in Alexandria is in safe hands.
Digital memories: Graffiti is incredibly "Instagrammable," giving your organization great content and the kids' amazing photos to share.

Step by step

Intro and safety briefing: We kick things off with a warm welcome and a breakdown of the rules to keep everyone safe and ready to create.
Street art history: A quick, engaging talk about how graffiti started and its role in modern culture, specifically here in Egypt.
Mastering the tools: Our artists show you how to hold the spray can, control the pressure, and switch nozzles for different effects.
Sketching the vision: Participants grab markers and paper to brainstorm their ideas and contribute to the overall group design.
First lines on the wall: Everyone takes turns practicing basic shapes and lines on the canvases or designated wall space.
The filling process: This is where the color comes in! We teach the group how to fill large areas efficiently and choose vibrant color palettes.
Adding the details: Learn the professional tricks for outlines, shadows, and those "pops" that make the artwork stand out.
The final reveal: We take a step back as a group to admire the completed mural and capture some epic photos for social media.
