Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with physical or sensory disabilities?

Yes, safety is our top priority for every participant. We use high-quality, low-odour spray paint and provide full protective gear, including masks and gloves. Our instructors are trained to monitor the environment closely, ensuring everyone can express themselves safely. If someone is sensitive to smells or sounds, we can adjust the workshop pace or choose a more open-air location in Athens to ensure a comfortable experience for all.

Can the workshop be adapted for different types of special needs?

Absolutely! We believe art should be accessible to everyone. Our artists are experienced in adapting their teaching methods to suit various learning styles and physical abilities. Whether it’s using different types of spray nozzles that are easier to press or focusing on stencils for those with limited motor skills, we tailor the session so every participant feels capable and proud of what they create.

How long does a typical special needs workshop last?

We recommend a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours for our special needs programs. This timeframe allows enough time for a relaxed introduction, creative experimentation, and the final spray painting without it becoming overwhelming. However, we are completely flexible and can shorten or extend the session based on the energy levels and concentration spans of your specific group.

Do we need to pay in advance for the Athens workshop?

We pride ourselves on our 'no-risk' booking policy for the Athens community. You don't need to pay anything upfront; payment is only required after the workshop has been successfully completed. This gives you peace of mind that you'll receive exactly the high-quality experience you expect for your group. We accept bank transfers or invoicing for your convenience.

What is the ideal group size for these sessions?

For special needs groups, we usually recommend a smaller ratio of participants to instructors, typically around 5 to 10 people per artist. This ensures everyone gets the individual attention and support they need. However, we can accommodate larger groups by bringing in multiple professional artists from our backup pool to ensure the quality of the experience remains high for everyone involved.

Where in Athens do the workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various vibrant street art spots around Athens that are wheelchair accessible. Alternatively, if you have a specific venue, school, or community centre in mind, our mobile team can bring all the equipment to you. We just need an outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area to set up our plastic protection and canvases.
