Is the workshop safe for people with respiratory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and FFP2 or FFP3 masks to ensure everyone breathes clean air. Our professional instructors in Burgas are trained to supervise the session closely, ensuring that the spray cans are used correctly and that the environment remains a safe, positive space for all participants throughout the creative process.

Can the workshop be held at our own facility in Burgas?

We are highly flexible with our locations. While we have partner spots near the Sea Garden, we can also bring the workshop to your specific facility or a local community centre in Burgas. We just need a well-ventilated outdoor area or a space with high ceilings and proper airflow. Our mobile kits allow us to set up almost anywhere that is accessible for your group.

What is the age limit for the special needs programme?

We recommend a minimum age of 6 to 8 years old so that participants have the hand strength to trigger the spray cans. However, there is no upper age limit! We have successfully hosted graffiti sessions for seniors and mixed-age groups. We adapt our teaching style to match the cognitive and physical developmental stage of every participant to ensure they have a blast.

Do participants need to have any previous drawing skills?

No prior artistic skill is needed at all. Our Burgas artists are experts at breaking down complex street art techniques into simple, manageable steps. We use stencils and easy-to-grasp shapes to help everyone create something they can be proud of. The focus is on the sensory experience and the joy of creation rather than technical perfection or 'fine art' rules.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change, especially when working with special needs groups. One of our core values is reliability; we have a large pool of backup artists in Bulgaria to ensure your event goes ahead even if the lead artist is unwell. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as early as possible and we will find a new date.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard workshops usually last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. This is often the 'sweet spot' for maintaining engagement without causing fatigue. However, we can shorten the session to 60 minutes or extend it with more breaks if that better suits the attention spans and energy levels of your specific group. We are here to make it work for you.

The experience

Why choose our special needs programme in Burgas? We focus on ability, not disability, and our workshops offer several unique benefits:

Sensory Engagement: The weight of the can, the sound of the ball rattling, and the visual impact of the paint provide a wonderful multi-sensory experience.
Confidence Building: Seeing a large-scale artwork finished gives a massive boost to self-esteem and a sense of achievement.
Motor Skill Development: Using spray cans helps with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination in a fun, non-clinical way.
Total Inclusion: We adapt our tools—using stencils, easy-press nozzles, or lowered boards—so everyone can play a part.
Reliable Professionalism: With backup artists on standby, we guarantee your event in Burgas will go ahead as planned.
Stress-Free Booking: You don't pay a penny until the workshop is over and you are satisfied with the result.

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your group's specific requirements, mobility needs, and sensory preferences in Burgas.
Location selection: We choose an accessible outdoor spot or a ventilated indoor space that feels safe and comfortable.
Safety briefing: Our artists demonstrate how to wear the gear and use the cans in a way that is easy to understand.
Cap control practice: You learn how to press the nozzle to make dots, lines, and soft misty effects on practice boards.
Design planning: We use simple templates or freehand ideas to sketch out a group mural or individual pieces.
Colour explosion: The fun part! You get to choose your favourite colours and start filling in the designs with spray paint.
Final touches: Our instructors help add highlights or outlines to make your work 'pop' and look professional.
Photo session: We take group photos of the artists with their masterpieces to remember the day.
Easy cleanup: We handle all the rubbish and equipment, leaving you with nothing but great memories and artworks.

Local culture

Burgas has a soul that is deeply tied to the Black Sea, and its street art scene is mirrors that vibrant energy. From the murals found near the Port of Burgas to the creative clusters around the Sea Garden, the city is a canvas waiting to be explored. We love taking inspiration from the local maritime vibes—think deep blues, sunset oranges, and the playful spirit of the 'Sea Casino'. Our workshops tap into this local 'Burgas mood', providing a therapeutic escape where the salty air meets the smell of fresh (low-odour) paint. We are proud to contribute to the city's reputation as a growing cultural hub that truly cares about accessibility and making sure every resident gets a chance to shine.
