Is the graffiti workshop safe for people with specific sensory or physical needs?

Absolutely! We prioritise safety above all else. Our graffiti artists are trained to work with diverse needs and ensure that only low-odour, non-toxic spray paints are used in well-ventilated or outdoor spaces. We provide full protective gear, including gloves and masks if required. Our instructors maintain a supportive, supervised environment where every participant feels secure while they explore their creativity.

Where do the workshops take place in Fortaleza?

Our workshops in Fortaleza are fully mobile! We can come to your care facility, community centre, school, or even a local park. We just need a wall or we can provide large canvases and boards. We make sure the location is wheelchair accessible and has the necessary facilities to ensure everyone is comfortable throughout the creative session.

Do participants need to have any prior art skills?

No previous artistic experience is needed at all! Our Special Needs Program is designed to be inclusive and accessible. We use custom stencils, easy-to-press spray nozzles, and guided techniques that allow everyone to create something beautiful, regardless of their skill level. It is all about the joy of the process and expressing your unique personality through colour.

How long does a typical session last?

Our standard workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. However, for our special needs groups, we are very flexible. We can include more frequent breaks, shorten the session to match attention spans, or extend it if everyone is having a great time. We move at the pace of the group to ensure no one feels rushed or overwhelmed.

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything! This includes a wide range of vibrant spray cans, protective clothing (ponchos and gloves), caps (nozzles), and the surfaces to paint on. We can also provide specialised tools like wider caps for easier spraying or stencils for those who might struggle with fine motor control. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit of paint on!

How do we book a session and what is the payment process?

Booking is easy and stress-free. You can use our online Cost Calculator to get an instant estimate, then send us a request with your preferred date and group size. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is successfully completed. We also have backup artists available to ensure your event always goes ahead as planned!

Local culture

Fortaleza is a city bursting with rhythm and colour, from the turquoise waters of Praia de Iracema to the intricate murals found in the Dragão do Mar district. The local street art scene here is deeply connected to the city's vibrant culture and resilient spirit. We bring that same "Ceará" energy to our workshops, encouraging participants to draw inspiration from the bright sun and the coastal landscape. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know Fortaleza is home to some of the most stunning "Open Air Museums" of graffiti in Brazil? The city uses street art to revitalise urban spaces, turning plain walls into stories of local folklore and marine life! 🌊
