What exactly is live painting for events?

Live painting is a performance-based art form where a professional graffiti artist creates a large-scale mural from scratch during your event. In Fortaleza, this provides a dynamic focal point for guests, who can watch the artwork evolve in real-time. It’s not just about the final result; it’s about the energy, the smell of the paint (we use low-odour options), and the incredible skill on display.

Can the artwork be customised to my brand?

Absolutely! Whether you want your company logo, a specific theme, or colours that match your brand identity, our artists in Fortaleza work with you to ensure the masterpiece aligns perfectly with your vision. We can even incorporate specific messages or social media handles into the piece to boost your event's online engagement and provide a perfect photo backdrop for your attendees.

Is it safe to have spray painting indoors?

Safety is our priority. We use high-quality, low-odour, and non-toxic spray paints suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues in Fortaleza. For indoor events, we ensure proper ventilation and use protective floor coverings to keep the venue pristine. Our artists are experienced professionals who handle all equipment safely, ensuring your guests can enjoy the spectacle without any worries or mess left behind.

How long does a live painting session last?

The duration is flexible and depends on your schedule. Most live painting performances in Fortaleza last between 2 to 5 hours. We can time the progress of the mural so that the 'big reveal' or the final strokes coincide with a specific moment in your event, like a keynote speech or the opening of a product launch, creating a high-impact climax.

Do I need to pay a deposit upfront?

No! One of the biggest perks of booking with Graffitifun is our 'play now, pay later' policy. We don't require any upfront deposits for your Fortaleza event booking. You only pay after the workshop or performance is completed. This demonstrates our commitment to 100% satisfaction and ensures you can book your event entertainment with total peace of mind and zero financial risk.

What do I need to provide for the artist?

We come fully prepared! Our team brings the canvas (or we can paint directly on a temporary wall), a massive selection of premium spray cans in every colour imaginable, protective floor sheets, and all necessary safety gear. All we need from you is a designated space and, if the event is at night, some decent lighting so the artist can see their work-in-progress clearly.

Can guests participate in the painting?

Yes, we do! While the artist does the heavy lifting, we can certainly arrange for an interactive element where your guests get to add a few strokes or 'tag' a specific area of the mural under professional guidance. This is a brilliant way to make your Fortaleza event even more memorable and give your guests a genuine sense of creative ownership.

Step by step

Initial consultation: We chat about your event theme, the size of the mural, and the specific vibe you want to achieve in Fortaleza.
Design concept: Our artist creates a digital sketch or a mood board based on your branding or requirements for your approval.
Site preparation: On the day, we arrive early to set up protective flooring and mount the canvas or temporary wall structure.
Background laying: The performance begins with the artist sketching the layout and applying the base layers as guests arrive.
Live execution: Guests watch in awe as the piece takes shape, with vibrant colours and intricate details being added in real-time.
Interactive moments: If requested, we invite guests to step up and add their own small contribution to the artwork.
The final reveal: The artist completes the masterpiece, often timed with a highlight of your event programme for maximum impact.
