Is the spray paint safe for people with sensory sensitivities?

Absolutely! We use high-quality, water-based spray paints for our indoor sessions or well-ventilated outdoor areas, which have significantly lower fumes than traditional aerosols. We also provide all necessary safety gear, including high-grade masks, gloves, and aprons, to ensure every participant feels comfortable and protected while they focus on their artistic expression in Palma de Mallorca.

Are the workshop locations in Palma wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we believe everyone should have the chance to be an artist. Our chosen locations in Palma are fully wheelchair accessible with flat surfaces and wide entryways. We also adapt our techniques, such as using custom spray triggers or lower-pressure cans, to ensure that physical mobility is never a barrier to enjoying the full graffiti experience with us.

What is the maximum group size for a special needs workshop?

We recommend a small group size of 5 to 10 participants per artist to ensure high-quality individual attention. However, we can accommodate larger groups by bringing in additional professional artists from our team. This ensures that the environment remains calm, supportive, and never overwhelming, allowing every participant to get the most out of their creative time.

How do the artists communicate with participants with learning difficulties?

Our artists are not just experts in street art; they are experienced in creating inclusive environments. They use clear, step-by-step demonstrations and visual aids to help participants follow along. We focus on 'free expression' rather than strict rules, allowing everyone to succeed at their own pace and skill level. Patience and encouragement are at the heart of what we do.

What happens if the scheduled artist is unable to make it?

Safety and reliability are our top priorities. Unlike individual freelancers, Graffitifun has a dedicated team and backup artists always on standby. This means that even in the case of illness, your workshop in Palma de Mallorca will go ahead as planned. We are professional, fully insured, and committed to providing a worry-free experience for organisers and families alike.

Do we need to pay for the workshop in advance?

We want you to feel completely confident in your booking. That is why we offer a 'pay after the workshop' policy. You don't have to worry about upfront costs; you only pay once the session is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the experience. This takes the stress out of the admin side of things for schools or care centres.

Step by step

Initial consultation: Reach out to us to discuss the specific needs and interests of your group. We’ll tailor the session to suit everyone's abilities.
Design preparation: We help participants brainstorm ideas. Whether it's a favourite animal or their own name, we prepare easy-to-use templates or sketches.
Safety briefing: We start the day with a gentle introduction to the materials, showing how to use the gear and mask in a way that isn't intimidating.
Practice strokes: Participants get to 'test' the cans on a practice board to get a feel for the pressure and the vibrant colours.
Creation phase: Under the guidance of our artists, the group starts applying paint to their main canvas or wall, building up layers of colour.
Free expression: We encourage everyone to add their own unique 'tags' or splashes of colour – there are no mistakes in street art!
The big reveal: We take a moment to admire the finished masterpiece together, celebrating the hard work and creativity of every individual.
Clean up and photos: We handle all the heavy cleaning. You get to take photos of the artwork (and sometimes the canvas itself) to remember the day.

Creative collaboration during a graffiti company outing

Local culture

Palma de Mallorca is famous for its stunning Gothic cathedral and turquoise waters, but it also hides a vibrant urban soul. The narrow Mediterranean streets of the Sa Gerreria district have long been a canvas for local muralists, proving that art is a vital part of the island's heartbeat. We bring that same Balearic energy to our workshops, blending the bright Mediterranean light with the bold strokes of modern graffiti.

Fun Fact: Did you know that Palma has several 'free walls' where street art is legally encouraged? This open-minded approach makes the city the perfect backdrop for an inclusive workshop that celebrates diversity and creative freedom! 🎨

Pricing

Our workshops are competitively priced to ensure everyone can join the fun. Prices typically range from €25 to €50 per person, depending on the number of participants, the duration of the session, and the materials required.

Because every special needs group is unique, we prefer to give you a bespoke price that fits your specific requirements perfectly. There is no upfront payment required – you only pay after the workshop is finished!
