Do we need any previous artistic experience to enjoy the workshop?

Not at all! Our Palma team building workshops are specifically designed for beginners. Our expert graffiti artists will guide your team through everything from basic can control to advanced layering techniques. We focus on the process and the collaborative spirit rather than individual artistic perfection. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your group masters the basics and creates something they are genuinely proud of. It’s all about having a bit of fun together!

Is the activity safe and do you provide protective gear?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor areas or specially selected urban spots in Palma. Our artists are fully trained in safety protocols, ensuring that your team can focus entirely on being creative while staying completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire session.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building session in Palma typically lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This timeframe allows for a full introduction, a practice session on individual boards, and the completion of a large-scale collaborative mural. If you have a specific schedule or are combining this with other activities in Mallorca, we can certainly adjust the timing to fit your corporate itinerary perfectly. Just let us know your requirements!

Where in Palma de Mallorca do the workshops take place?

Flexibility is key for us. We can host the workshop at one of our vibrant outdoor street art locations in Palma, or we can bring the workshop to your hotel, office, or event venue if there is suitable outdoor space. We work with various local partners across Mallorca to find the perfect backdrop for your team’s masterpiece. We’ll handle all the logistics so you can just turn up and spray!

What are the payment terms and do we need to pay in advance?

We believe in the quality of our experience, so we don't require upfront payments. You can settle the invoice after the workshop has successfully concluded. We offer various payment methods including bank transfer and major credit cards. We want the booking process to be as stress-free as possible for your HR or planning department, allowing you to focus on the team building itself rather than the paperwork.

What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor workshop?

Absolutely! While we love the sunny Balearic weather, we always have a Plan B. If the weather forecast looks troublesome for our Palma location, we can often relocate to a sheltered outdoor area or provide indoor alternatives using specialized low-odour water-based cans if the venue permits. Additionally, we have backup artists available on standby to ensure your event goes ahead no matter what. Your team building event is in safe hands!

What should our team wear for the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on—though we do provide full protective overalls! Since Palma can get quite warm, light fabrics are best. Don't forget your sunglasses and some sunscreen if we are working at one of our sunny outdoor mural spots. We’ll take care of all the art supplies, so you just need to bring your team's energy!

The experience

Boost team morale: Nothing bonds a team like creating a giant, colourful piece of art together in the fresh air. 🚀
Encourage collaboration: Our murals require planning and teamwork, forcing colleagues to communicate in new and creative ways. 🔥
Stress relief: Spraying paint is incredibly therapeutic and a great way to let off some steam away from the office.
No experience needed: Our pro artists ensure that even those who think they aren't 'artistic' leave feeling like pros. 🎨
Unique location: Experience the urban side of Palma de Mallorca that tourists rarely get to see.
Lasting memories: You’ll get amazing photos (and potentially a canvas mural) to take back to the office as a reminder of what you achieved together. 🏆

Step by step

Warm welcome and intro: Meet our local Palma graffiti pros and get a quick crash course on the history of street art.
Safety and gear up: We’ll get everyone suited up in overalls, masks, and gloves to keep things tidy and safe.
Can control basics: Learn the 'anatomy' of a spray can—how to hold it, distance, and how different nozzles (caps) change your lines.
Individual practice: Your team gets to practice their tags and 'fills' on individual boards to build their confidence.
The master plan: Together, we’ll sketch out a large-scale design that incorporates your company values or logo.
The Big Paint: The team works together to fill in the mural, using the techniques they’ve just learned under our guidance.
Polishing and details: Our artists help you add those sharp outlines and 'highlights' that make the artwork pop.
The Grand Reveal: Step back and admire the massive collective masterpiece your team built from scratch!
Champagne (or soda) and photos: We’ll take professional group photos in front of your art to commemorate the day.

Local culture

Palma de Mallorca is much more than just beautiful beaches and historic cathedrals; it’s a city with a growing pulse of urban art hidden in its winding alleys and industrial zones. From the vibrant murals in the Sa Gerreria neighbourhood to the creative hubs tucked away near Santa Catalina, Palma provides an inspiring backdrop for any creative endeavour. Our workshops tap into this local 'Mallorquín' creative spirit, offering your team an authentic slice of the island's modern culture. ✨

Fun fact: Palma is home to some incredible hidden street art gems by world-renowned artists, often found in unexpected places like old abandoned factories or transit tunnels, creating a beautiful contrast with the city's gothic architecture!

Pricing

We offer competitive and transparent pricing for our corporate groups in Mallorca. Our workshops typically range from €25 to €50 per person, depending on the group size, the duration of the session, and the specific setup (e.g., if we are bringing the workshop to your hotel). We believe in flexibility, which is why we don't require upfront payments—you only pay after the event is finished! 💸
