Do we need to pay for the workshop in advance?

Booking your Madrid team building event is stress-free with us. We don't require any upfront payment to secure your date. You simply pay after the workshop concludes and everyone is happy with their masterpiece. This ensures you have total peace of mind and allows for easier corporate processing. Plus, we have professional backup artists on call to make sure your event never gets cancelled, no matter what!

Can you host the team building event at our Madrid office?

Absolutely! While we love hosting groups at our vibrant local street art spots in Madrid, we can also bring the graffiti studio to your office or a chosen venue. We use specialized low-odour paints and high-quality protective floor coverings to ensure your space stays as clean as we found it. It’s a fantastic way to transform a standard meeting room into a creative hub for the afternoon.

Is the spray paint safe for my team to use?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality FFP2 or FFP3 masks, protective gloves, and full-body suits to keep your team and their clothes safe. Our professional artists lead a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a spray can. We use professional-grade materials and ensure the environment is well-ventilated, making the experience safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Does my team need any prior artistic experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our expert artists break down the process into simple, manageable steps—from holding the can correctly to mastering 'fading' and 'outlining' techniques. We’ve taught thousands of people who claimed they couldn't draw a stick figure, and they always walk away amazed at what they created. It’s all about the spray-paint magic!

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard team building session usually lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This includes the introduction, safety briefing, technique practice, and the final creation of your collaborative wall or individual canvases. We can easily adjust the timing to fit into your specific corporate schedule, whether you want a quick energiser or a deep-dive creative afternoon. We work around your team's needs.

What should our team bring to the workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a bit of dust on. While we provide full-body protective suits, it’s always better to be safe! Also, bring your team's enthusiasm and perhaps some ideas for your company's 'tag' or mission statement. Everything else—cans, caps, masks, and inspiration—is fully provided by our Graffitifun team.

The experience

Moving your team out of the office and into the world of urban art is a game-changer for workplace culture. Here’s why a graffiti workshop in Madrid is the ultimate choice for your next event:

Breaks down hierarchies: In front of a blank wall, everyone is an amateur. It levels the playing field! 🏆
Encourages "Out-of-the-Box" thinking: Spray painting requires a different mindset than spreadsheets.
Shared accomplishment: Creating a massive piece of art together builds a lasting sense of pride.
Stress relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic about the hiss of a spray can and bold colours. 🔥
No risk booking: With no upfront payment and backup artists ready, your event is guaranteed to go ahead.
Customisable: We can incorporate your company logo, mission, or brand colours into the final piece.

Step by step

Warm welcome: Meet our pro graffiti artists at a top-tier Madrid street art location or your office.
Safety first: Get geared up in our protective suits, gloves, and high-quality masks for a clean experience.
The basics: Learn how to handle the spray can, control pressure, and swap nozzles for different effects.
Sketching the vision: Your team brainstorms a concept that represents your corporate values or a fun goal.
Mastering techniques: Practice making lines, fills, and those iconic graffiti 'shadow' effects on practice walls.
The main event: Work together to fill in the large-scale masterpiece, blending colours and styles.
Final touches: Add the 'highlights' and 'outlines' that make the street art pop and look professional.
The reveal & photos: Stand back and admire your team's work with a professional group photo session!

Local culture

Madrid is a city where tradition meets a massive underground art scene. From the colourful walls of Malasaña to the industrial vibes of Lavapiés, the city is an open-air gallery. Our workshops take inspiration from local legends and the bold, sun-drenched colours of the Spanish landscape. We often host events near the Tabacalera, an iconic spot for urban culture that perfectly captures the "Madrileno" spirit. 🎨

Fun Fact: Madrid's street art scene exploded in the 80s during 'La Movida Madrileña,' a counter-cultural movement that changed the city's identity forever!

Pricing

Our Madrid team building workshops are competitively priced to suit different budgets and group sizes. We believe in transparency and providing the best value for an unforgettable experience.
