Do we need to have artistic skills to participate?

Not at all! Our professional graffiti artists are there to guide you through every step of the process. Most of our team building participants in Jimma have never touched a spray can before. We focus on fun and collaboration rather than high-art perfection. You will be amazed at how quickly your team learns to create something that looks professional and vibrant. It is all about the spirit of trying something new together!

Is the spray paint safe and what about our clothes?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and their clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paint in well-ventilated outdoor areas or large indoor spaces with proper airflow. Our instructors give a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone starts spraying. It is a controlled, professional environment designed for maximum fun with zero stress.

What happens if the weather in Jimma is bad on our workshop day?

While we love the Ethiopian sun, we always have a backup plan! In Jimma, we can move the workshop to a covered outdoor area or an indoor space with high ceilings and ventilation. Thanks to our flexible setup, the weather will not dampen your team's creative spirit. If conditions are truly extreme, our backup artist system ensures we can reschedule or adapt the workshop to keep your team building goals on track.

How long does a typical graffiti team building session last?

A standard team building workshop usually lasts between 2 to 3 hours. This gives your team enough time to learn the basic techniques, practice their tags, and collaborate on a final large-scale masterpiece or individual canvases. We can also customize the duration to fit into your specific corporate retreat schedule or conference break times if you need something shorter or more intensive.

What is the minimum or maximum group size for a workshop?

We can accommodate groups of almost any size! For smaller teams of 10 to larger corporate departments of over 100, we scale our artist team accordingly. In Jimma, we ensure a high artist-to-participant ratio so that everyone gets personal attention and guidance. Large groups are often split into smaller 'crews' that work on different sections of a giant mural, promoting both internal team bonding and overall company unity.

Are all materials included in the workshop price?

Everything you need is included in the price! We provide the spray cans in a wide variety of colors, caps, protective gear (suits, masks, gloves), and the 'canvas' (whether that is a temporary wall, large canvases, or even a vehicle). We also handle the full setup and cleanup of the site. You just need to bring your team and plenty of enthusiasm—we handle the messy parts!

Why settle for another standard team outing when you can give your staff an experience they will talk about for years? Graffiti is the ultimate equalizer—it doesn't matter your rank in the office when you are holding a spray can! ✨

Boosts Innovation: Breaking social norms with street art encourages 'out-of-the-box' thinking back at the office. 💡
Enhances Communication: Teams must coordinate colors, space, and timing to create a cohesive mural.
Stress Relief: There is something incredibly therapeutic and fun about the 'hiss' of a spray can and the splash of color! 🔥

Step by step

The welcome and intro: Our pro graffiti artists meet your team at the Jimma location and kick things off with high energy and cool demos.
Safety first: Everyone gets geared up in protective suits, masks, and gloves while we explain how to use the equipment responsibly.
Learning the basics: We teach you the 'can control'—how to hold the spray can, how to create lines, and how to change caps for different effects.
The tag challenge: Every team member creates their own 'tag' or street name, practicing their unique style on a practice wall.
Concept brainstorming: Your group works together to sketch out a design that represents your company values or team goals.
Creating the mural: This is the main event! The whole team collaborates to fill in the larger-than-life mural using their new skills.
The final touch-ups: Our artists help you add those professional outlines and highlights to make the artwork really 'pop.'
Photo session and wrap-up: We take group photos with your masterpiece and celebrate the team's achievement before cleaning up.
