Do we need any previous artistic experience or talent?

Not at all! Our Dessie team building workshops are designed for everyone, from those who haven't held a spray can to seasoned doodlers. Our pro artists guide you through every step, starting with basic lines and shapes. We focus on the 'fun' in functional teamwork, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and proud of the final piece. It is about the shared experience and the laughs along the way, not being Picasso.

What about safety and keeping our clothes clean?

Safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls to keep your professional clothes clean. We use specialized, low-pressure spray cans that are easier to control. Our artists provide a full safety briefing before you start. Whether we are working outdoors or in a well-ventilated indoor space in Dessie, we ensure a clean and secure environment for your entire team.

How long does a typical graffiti workshop last?

A standard team building session usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, technique practice, and the creation of your masterpiece. We can adapt the duration to fit your schedule, whether you want an intensive morning session or a relaxed afternoon activity. We are flexible and can work around your corporate agenda to ensure the timing is just right.

Where in Dessie do these workshops take place?

We can host the workshop at various locations around Dessie, including outdoor spaces with legal walls or indoor venues with proper ventilation. We can also come to your office if you have a suitable outdoor courtyard or a large, well-ventilated hall. If you don't have a spot, don't worry! We have a network of locations and can help find the perfect vibe for your team.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We can accommodate almost any group size. For smaller teams, we focus on individual canvases or a small shared piece. For larger corporate groups, we split you into smaller units that work on different sections of a giant mural. This 'big picture' approach is fantastic for showing how individual efforts contribute to a larger company goal. We always bring enough artists to ensure everyone gets personal attention.

Can we include our company logo or specific brand colors?

Absolutely! We encourage you to incorporate your brand colors, slogans, or company values into the design. Before the workshop, we can discuss your goals and help design a concept that reflects your corporate identity. It's a powerful way to reinforce company culture and give your team a sense of ownership over the brand. Many teams even hang the finished canvases in their Dessie offices!

What happens if it rains or we need to cancel?

We are prepared for anything! If the weather looks like it won't cooperate for an outdoor session in Dessie, we usually have a backup indoor venue or can reschedule. Additionally, we have a roster of backup artists to ensure your event goes ghost-free. Since we don't require upfront payment, there is very little risk for you. We focus on making the process stress-free from booking to the final spray.

The experience

Why choose our graffiti workshop for your next team event in Dessie? It is not just about the paint; it is about the transformation. Here is why it works:

Breaks the hierarchy: Everyone starts as a beginner, from the CEO to the intern, creating a level playing field. 🤝
Boosts creative problem solving: Dealing with a large-scale mural requires planning, agility, and "outside the box" thinking. 🧠
Instant visual gratification: There is nothing like seeing a blank wall turn into a colorful masterpiece in just a few hours. 🚀
Tension release: Let's be honest—spraying paint is a fantastic way to de-stress and have a genuine laugh with coworkers. 😂
Memorable brand alignment: We can theme the workshop around your company’s mission, making the message stick long after the paint dries. 🎯

Step by step

The warm-up: We start with a high-energy intro from our pro artists, explaining the flow of the day and getting everyone pumped up. 🎤
Design session: Your team brainstorms ideas. We’ll help you translate your company values or goals into a visual concept that looks amazing. 💡
Mastering the tools: Learn the "can-control" basics. We show you how to swap nozzles, regulate pressure, and make different strokes. ✨
The outline: It's time to put the first lines on the wall or canvas. Our artists help you get the proportions right so the base is solid. ✍️
Color & fill: The fun part! Your team starts filling in the colors, learning how to blend and shade to make the art pop. 🌈
Sharpening the edges: Use "outlining" and "highlights" to give the piece a professional, crisp finish that looks like real street art. 💎
The big reveal: Step back and admire the collective masterpiece. It’s a great moment for a team photo in front of your hard work! 📸
Cleanup & wrap-up: We take care of all the gear. You leave with a sense of pride and a team that’s more connected than ever. 🏆
