We can also come to your office or a venue of your choice if you have a suitable outdoor space or well-ventilated garage. We’ll handle all the floor and wall protection to ensure the only thing that gets painted is your masterpiece!

Do we need any prior artistic experience?

Absolutely not! Most of our team building participants haven't picked up a spray can since they were kids—or ever. Our professional street artists are experts at breaking down the process into simple, fun steps. We focus on 'flow' and creativity rather than technical perfection. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your team goes from 'I can't draw' to creating a massive, vibrant mural.

Is it safe and what should we wear?

Safety is our number one priority. We provide high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep everyone safe and clean. We use low-pressure spray cans which are much easier to control than standard industrial paint. Our instructors are also trained to manage groups safely in an outdoor environment, ensuring everyone has a blast without any worries. Just bring your enthusiasm and we'll handle the rest!

How long does the workshop last?

A standard team building session in Medellín usually lasts between 2 and 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of local street art, a technique demo, individual practice, and the final big group project. We can also customise the duration to fit into your corporate retreat schedule, whether you need a quick energy boost or a full-day creative deep dive.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

Our workshops are incredibly flexible! We can host small executive teams of 10 or large corporate departments of over 100 people. For very large groups, we bring in additional professional artists and set up multiple 'creativity stations' to ensure everyone gets hands-on time with the cans and personal guidance. No one gets left out of the creative process here in Paisa country!

What happens if we need to cancel or change our date?

We understand that corporate plans can change. That’s why we offer a 'no upfront payment' policy—you pay after the workshop is completed and you're 100% satisfied. We also keep a roster of backup artists on standby to ensure that even if an instructor falls ill, your event goes ahead exactly as planned. Your peace of mind is part of the package.
