Do I need to be an artist to join the workshop?

No artistic talent is required at all! Our Delhi graffiti workshops are designed for absolute beginners. Our professional street artists guide you through every step, from holding the spray can correctly to mastering complex shading techniques. You will be amazed at what you can create in just a few hours with our expert support and easy-to-follow instructions. It is all about having fun and expressing yourself.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for participants?

Safety is our top priority in every session. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves and masks to filter out fumes. We use premium spray paint brands that meet safety standards. Our instructors also provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring everyone knows how to handle the equipment responsibly while enjoying the creative process in a secure environment.

What should I wear to the graffiti session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting a little messy. While we provide protective overalls or aprons, spray paint is permanent and can occasionally find its way onto shoes or sleeves. Old sneakers and casual wear are your best bet for a carefree painting session under the Delhi sun. Avoid expensive fabrics or whites just to be safe while you unleash your creativity!

Are materials like spray cans and masks provided?

Everything you need is included in the package! We provide a wide variety of spray can colours, professional-grade caps for different line widths, protective gear, and the painting surface itself. You just need to bring your energy and ideas. We even have backup artists ready to ensure the event goes smoothly, so you never have to worry about the logistics of the art session.

How does the 'pay after the workshop' policy work??

We believe in flexibility and building trust with our community. That is why you do not have to pay anything upfront when booking your Delhi workshop. You can settle the payment after the workshop is completed and you are happy with the results. This ensures a stress-free booking process and guarantees that we are fully committed to delivering a workshop that exceeds your expectations.

How long does a typical workshop last?

Our standard public art workshops usually last between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a proper introduction, safety demo, practice sessions, and the completion of a final collaborative mural. We find this timing is perfect for maintaining high energy levels without getting too tired. If you have specific time constraints for your Delhi event, we can always customise the duration for you.

Can you host the workshop at my own location in Delhi?

Absolutely! While we offer set locations, we are also mobile. If you have a private venue, a backyard, or a corporate space in Delhi with proper ventilation, we can bring the street art experience to you. We take care of all the protective covering for the floors and walls to ensure your space stays clean, leaving behind only the beautiful art we create together.

Step by step

Intro and safety: We kick things off with a quick chat about the history of graffiti and a vital safety briefing on how to use spray equipment safely.
The gear up: Put on your protective masks and gloves. We ensure everyone is comfortably equipped before the paint starts splashing.
First lines: Learn the basics of 'can control'. Your instructor will show you how to draw straight lines, dots, and simple shapes to get the feel of the pressure.
Sketching the vision: Use chalk or light spray to outline your design on the wall or canvas. Our artists help you with proportions and layout.
Filling and fading: Discover how to fill large areas quickly and how to create those iconic street art gradients and colour fades.
Outlining and details: Switch to 'skinny caps' to add sharp outlines and tiny details that make your artwork pop off the surface.
Adding highlights: Learn the 'cut-in' technique and how to use highlights to give your work a 3D effect.
The final reveal: Step back and admire the massive mural or individual pieces created by the group. It is the perfect photo opportunity!
Clean up: We pack up the gear and ensure the area is tidy, leaving you with great memories and new artistic skills.
