What exactly is a graffiti charity event?

A graffiti charity event in Delhi is a high-energy fundraiser where participants create street art while raising money for a cause. These events are perfect for NGOs or CSR initiatives as they provide a visual and tangible output. We supply the professional artists, spray paint, and safety gear, ensuring the message of your charity stands out against Delhi's vibrant backdrop. It’s an engaging way to unite donors and volunteers.

Is it safe for participants who have never used spray paint?

Safety is our top priority at every Delhi venue. We provide high-quality protective gear, including masks, gloves, and overalls. Our spray paints are low-odour and compliant with safety standards. Additionally, our experienced facilitators provide a comprehensive safety briefing before anyone picks up a can. We manage the entire setup and cleanup, so you can focus entirely on your fundraising goals without worrying about the logistics.

Can we host the charity event at our own venue in Delhi?

Absolutely! While we have our favourite spots across Delhi and NCR, we can bring the workshop to your location. Whether it’s a school playground, a corporate parking lot, or a community centre, we can set up professional mobile graffiti walls. We ensure the area is protected with drop cloths and that the ventilation is sufficient for a comfortable and creative environment for all your guests.

What happens to the artwork once the event is over?

The impact of a graffiti fundraiser is long-lasting. After the event, you can choose to keep the canvas or wooden panels created during the session. Many charities in Delhi use these pieces to decorate their offices, auction them off for further funds, or gift them to major donors. It serves as a colourful, permanent reminder of the community’s contribution and the successful event you hosted.

How many people can participate in a single session?

We recommend a minimum of 10 people to create a lively atmosphere, but we can accommodate very large groups of up to 200+ participants. For larger charity galas in Delhi, we often rotate groups through the graffiti zone so everyone gets a chance to spray. Large groups benefit from our backup artist system, ensuring that there are always enough experts on hand to guide the crowd.

How long does a typical graffiti fundraiser last?

Our standard workshops last between 1.5 to 3 hours. For a charity event in Delhi, we can customise this to fit your schedule. Some organisers prefer a quick, high-intensity session, while others opt for a full-afternoon 'Graffiti Jam' style event. We are flexible and will work with you during the planning phase to ensure the timing aligns perfectly with your event's itinerary.

Site Selection: Choose a venue in Delhi, whether it's a bustling public space or a private community garden.
Design Phase: Our artists create a sketch that incorporates your logo or the specific message of your fundraiser.
Safety Briefing: On the day, we provide all participants with masks, gloves, and an introduction to spray techniques.
Practice Session: Everyone gets a chance to try out basic lines and fills on a practice board to build confidence.
Collaborative Painting: Guided by our pros, your donors and volunteers work together to fill in the main masterpiece.
Finishing Touches: Our artists add sharp outlines and highlights to ensure the final result looks professional and impactful.
Photo & Reveal: We take group photos with the finished wall to give you great content for your social media and donor reports.
