How it works

Warm welcome and intro: Meet our local street artists who will share the history of graffiti and explain the plan for your Timișoara adventure.
The safety briefing: We suit everyone up in protective gear and explain the 'dos and don’ts' of using spray cans safely and effectively.
Mastering the basics: Start by practicing basic lines, dots, and circles on your own space to get a feel for the pressure and distance.
Sketching the vision: Your team brainstorms a concept—perhaps your company values or a cool 'Timișoara 2023' tribute—and we help you sketch it out.
Filling and blending: Learn how to fill in large areas with vibrant colours and create smooth gradients or 'fades' for that professional look.
The 'Outlining' phase: This is where the magic happens! We show you how to add sharp outlines to make your letters and shapes pop.
Final highlights and details: Add the finishing touches like highlights, stars, or 3D shadows to give your artwork depth.
Group photo and clean up: We take plenty of photos of your team with your masterpiece before we handle the entire breakdown and cleanup process.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need any previous art experience to participate?

Absolutely not! Our Timișoara company outing is designed for everyone, from those who can't draw a stick figure to secret Picasso's. Our professional artists guide you through every technique, starting with basic lines and moving to advanced filling and shading. By the end of the session, your team will be amazed at the high-quality mural you have created together. It is all about the experience and having a blast!

What materials are included in the workshop?

We provide everything! Your booking includes high-quality spray paint in a huge range of colours, professional caps (nozzles), protective suits, gloves, and masks. We also provide the 'canvas'—whether that is a dedicated wall space or individual boards for your office. You just need to show up in comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We handle the rest.

Is the graffiti workshop safe for my employees?

Safety is our number one priority. We use low-odour, professional-grade spray paint and provide high-quality protective gear, including FFP2 masks and gloves. Our workshops are held in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Our experienced instructors lead a safety briefing before anyone touches a can, ensuring everyone knows how to handle the equipment correctly. You are in safe, professional hands throughout the entire event.

How long does the graffiti session usually last?

Typical company outings in Timișoara last between 1.5 and 3 hours. This gives your team enough time to learn the basics, practice their 'tag', and collaborate on a final large-scale masterpiece. We can also tailor the duration to fit your specific schedule, whether you want a quick icebreaker or a deep-dive creative afternoon. We are flexible to your team's needs!

Can the workshop take place at our own office location?

Yes, we can! While we have several fantastic locations around Timișoara, we are also mobile. If you have a suitable outdoor space or a very well-ventilated indoor area at your office, we can bring the graffiti experience directly to you. We take care of all the protective covering for the floors and surroundings to ensure we leave the place exactly as we found it (except for your new art!).

How does this activity benefit team dynamics?

A graffiti workshop is a powerful team-building tool. It breaks down corporate hierarchies as everyone starts at the same level. Participants must communicate, share tools, and align on a single creative vision. It encourages 'out of the box' thinking and provides a tangible result that represents the team's collective effort. Plus, the shared laughter and 'eureka' moments create lasting bonds that translate directly back to the workplace.

Why should we choose Graffitifun over other team building activities?

At Graffitifun, we believe in 'fun first'. We don't require any upfront payment—you only pay after the workshop is complete and you are satisfied. We also have backup artists available for every booking to ensure that even if someone falls ill, your event goes ahead exactly as planned. With years of experience across Europe, we offer a professional, reliable, and high-energy service that guarantees a 100% satisfaction rate.
