How it works

Initial consultation: Reach out to us with your event date and venue in Lausanne. We’ll discuss your vision and the type of surface you want painted.
Design concept: Our lead artist creates a sketch or mood board based on your theme, brand colours, or specific ideas for your approval.
Logistics planning: We coordinate with the venue management to ensure all safety protocols, flooring protection, and ventilation requirements are met.
On-site setup: On the day, our team arrives early to set up the 'stage,' prepare the canvas, and organize the premium spray supplies.
The live performance: As the music starts and guests arrive, the artist begins. Watch the blank space transform into a masterpiece in real-time.
Interactive moments: If requested, we engage with the crowd, explaining techniques or letting VIPs add a final flourish to the art.
The big reveal: The painting is completed, providing a stunning backdrop for photos and social media sharing.
Handover & cleanup: We pack up our gear, leave the area spotless, and the unique artwork is yours to keep and display!

Frequently asked questions

How long does a live painting session usually last?

Our live painting performances in Lausanne are flexible! A typical session lasts between 2 and 4 hours, but for large-scale murals or multi-day festivals, we can extend the performance as needed. We work with your event schedule to ensure the artwork is completed at the perfect peak moment of your celebration. Let us know your timeline, and we will tailor the speed and detail of the painting to match.

Is the spray paint messy or smelly for indoor events?

Not at all! Our professional artists use low-odour, high-quality spray paints and acrylic markers, and we can set up specialized ventilation or use water-based paints for indoor venues in Lausanne. We also provide protective flooring and masking to ensure the venue stays spotless. Whether it's a sleek hotel ballroom or a lakeside pavilion, we guarantee a clean and safe creative experience.

What is included in the live painting package?

We provide everything needed for a spectacular performance. This includes the artist, premium spray paints, canvases or temporary walls, protective coverings for the floor, and safety gear. After the event, you can keep the finished artwork! It makes for a fantastic permanent addition to your office or a unique giveaway for a lucky guest. We handle the setup and the cleanup entirely.

Can the artist include our company logo or a specific theme?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with brands! We can integrate your company colours, logos, specific themes, or even hidden messages into the artwork. Our artists will discuss the design with you beforehand to ensure the final piece aligns perfectly with your brand identity or event theme. It is a brilliant way to make a marketing message feel organic and exciting.

Can our guests participate in the painting process?

While the artist does the heavy lifting, we can certainly make the session interactive! We often include a 'guest tag' segment where attendees can add a small stroke or sign their name under professional guidance. If you want a more hands-on experience for everyone, you might want to look at our dedicated brand activation workshops where guests get their own cans!

What happens if it rains or the artist is unavailable?

We are prepared for anything. If your event is outdoors by Lake Geneva and the weather turns, we can move the setup under a marquee or provide a mobile indoor solution. We also have backup artists available, so in the rare case of an emergency, your event will never be left without entertainment. Your peace of mind is our priority!
