Do I need prior art experience to join a 3D workshop?

Absolutely! Our workshops are designed for beginners. Our professional Calgary artists specialize in teaching the foundational techniques of 3D street art, including shading, vanishing points, and perspective. We guide you through the process step-by-step, ensuring you feel confident and creative. By the end of the session, you'll be amazed at the optical illusions you can create on a flat surface.🎨

Is the graffiti workshop safe?

Safety is our top priority in Calgary. We provide high-quality protective gear, including gloves and masks, to ensure a clean and safe environment. We use professional-grade spray paints and materials that are handled with expert supervision. Whether we are working indoors in a ventilated space or outdoors in the fresh Alberta air, we ensure all participants follow safety protocols while having a blast.🛡️

How long does a typical session last?

The 3D street art workshop typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This duration allows enough time for the artist's introduction, a practice session to master 3D perspective, and the final creation of your masterpiece. If you have a specific schedule or a larger group event in Calgary, we can always customize the timing to fit your needs perfectly!⏱️

What materials are included in the price?

We bring everything to you! Your booking includes premium spray cans in a variety of vibrant colours, protective clothing, caps (nozzles), and the canvases or surfaces we'll be painting on. You just need to show up in clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on, bring your creative energy, and get ready to enjoy the Calgary street art vibe.✨

Can we choose where the workshop takes place?

While we can’t paint local Calgary buildings without permits, we provide professional mobile walls and canvases for your 3D art experience. This allows us to set up almost anywhere—from community centres to corporate parking lots. If you want a permanent mural for your own business or property, that’s a separate service we’d be stoked to discuss with you!🖌️

How does the payment process work?

We are very flexible! You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book your Calgary event. You only pay after the workshop is completed and everyone is happy with their 3D creations. We believe in our service and want to ensure you have a 100% stress-free experience from the moment you contact us to the final spray.💰

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

Calgary weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered. If you’ve planned an outdoor session and it looks like rain (or a sudden Chinook!), we can often move the workshop to a ventilated indoor location or reschedule for a better day. Our backup artist system also ensures that your event goes off without a hitch, no matter what.☁️

Local culture

Calgary's street art scene is exploding, thanks to initiatives like the BUMP (Beltline Urban Murals Project) Festival which has turned our city into a world-class outdoor gallery. From the towering murals in the Downtown core to the hidden gems in Kensington, Calgary is the perfect backdrop for a 3D graffiti experience. We tap into this local energy to inspire your own designs, blending the city's rugged western heritage with modern, urban aesthetics. 🎨

Fun Fact: Did you know that Calgary is home to some of the tallest murals in Canada? The city's unique architecture provides the perfect canvas for the 'forced perspective' techniques we teach in our workshops!
