Do I need to be an artist to join a 3D street art workshop?

Absolutely! Our Rakvere 3D street art workshops are designed specifically for beginners. You don't need any prior drawing or painting experience. Our professional artists will guide you through the process step-by-step, from holding the spray can correctly to understanding the laws of perspective. We focus on making the experience fun and accessible, ensuring you walk away with a piece of art you're genuinely proud of.🎨

Is the graffiti workshop safe for everyone?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary protective gear, including high-quality masks, gloves, and protective suits to keep your clothes clean. We use professional-grade spray paints and conduct our sessions in well-ventilated areas or outdoor spaces. Our instructors provide a comprehensive safety briefing at the start of every session to ensure everyone handles the equipment correctly and stays safe while having fun.✨

How long does a typical workshop session last?

A standard 3D street art session in Rakvere typically lasts between 1.5 to 3 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief history of street art, a demonstration of 3D techniques, and plenty of hands-on painting time. If you have a specific schedule or are planning a larger event like a festival or company outing, we can customise the duration to fit your needs perfectly!⏱️

What should I wear to the graffiti workshop?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little bit of paint on. While we do provide protective suits and gloves, graffiti can occasionally be a bit messy! It’s best to avoid your brand-new designer trainers. If the workshop is outdoors, please check the Rakvere weather forecast and dress accordingly to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the creative process.👕

Do I need to pay in advance for the workshop?

One of the best things about Graffitifun is our flexibility. We don't require any upfront payment or deposits to secure your booking in Rakvere. You simply pay after the workshop is completed and you're satisfied with the experience. We believe in the quality of our workshops and want you to feel completely confident when booking your creative session with us.💳

Where in Rakvere do the workshops take place?

We can host workshops at various locations across Rakvere. Whether you have a specific private venue in mind, or you want us to arrange a spot near the Rakvere Castle or the town centre, we can make it work. We also offer mobile setups for company events or schools, bringing the entire graffiti experience directly to your doorstep for maximum convenience!📍

What is included in the workshop price?

We provide everything! Your booking includes all professional spray cans in a wide variety of colours, protective gear (suits, gloves, masks), and the canvases or surfaces we will be painting on. Our expert instructors stay with your group the entire time to provide tips, tricks, and encouragement. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and creativity!🎨

The experience

Why choose a 3D street art experience in Rakvere? Because ordinary art is flat, and we believe your creativity should stand out! Here’s why our workshops are the talk of the town:

🚀 Mind-blowing results: Learn the specific techniques that make art "jump" off the canvas—perfect for the 'gram!
🤝 Expert mentorship: Our artists aren't just teachers; they are active street performers who live and breathe this culture.
🛡️ Risk-free booking: With no upfront payments and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can book with total peace of mind.
🔥 Unique format: We don't just "paint"; we teach you the physics of light and shadow in a way that's actually fun.
🎒 All-inclusive: From the first spray to the final photo, we provide everything—just bring your energy!
🏢 Versatile events: Perfect for company events, schools, or even bachelor parties.

Step by step

Concept and perspective: We start by explaining how 2D lines create 3D illusions. You’ll learn about vanishing points and how to trick the eye. 📐
Sketching the design: Use specialized chalks to outline your 3D design on the surface, ensuring the proportions are perfect for the 'pop-out' effect. ✍️
Colour selection: Choose from our massive array of professional spray cans. We'll help you pick shades that create realistic highlights and shadows. 🌈
Can control basics: Our artists teach you how to master the nozzle – from fine lines to broad fills, it's all in the finger pressure. 💨
The 'Drop Shadow' technique: This is where the magic happens! We'll show you how to paint shadows that make your art look like it’s floating. 🌑
Layering and gradients: Learn to blend colours directly on the surface to create depth and volume in your street art piece. 🎭
The final outline: Sharpen your design with a crisp final outline to make the 3D effect truly "pop" against the background. ✨
The photo op: We find the perfect angle to photograph your work, capturing the optical illusion in all its glory for your social media! 📸

Good to know

Duration: Sessions standardly run between 1.5 to 3 hours, but we can customise this for festivals or large corporate events. ⏳
Group sizes: We cater to everyone! From small private groups of 5 people to massive brand activations and school groups of 100+. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
What's included: Professional artist guidance, premium spray cans, protective suits, gloves, high-quality masks, and all painting surfaces. 🎒
Safety: We use high-quality, low-odour paints where possible and provide full respiratory protection. Safety briefings are mandatory for all participants. 🛡️
Location flexibility: We can come to you in Rakvere or arrange a dedicated creative space. We also operate in Tallinn and Tartu. 📍

Local culture

Rakvere is a city that bridges the gap between ancient history and modern creativity. Known for its iconic Tarvas statue and the towering ruins of Rakvere Castle, the city provides a dramatic and inspiring backdrop for contemporary 3D street art. While the castle speaks of the past, our workshops look to the future of urban expression, adding a vibrant, modern pulse to the local culture. 🏰

The Estonian street art scene is growing rapidly, with cities like Tallinn and Tartu leading the way, and Rakvere is the perfect place to experience this creative surge in a more intimate, focused setting. The town’s artistic community is welcoming and forward-thinking, making it an ideal spot to experiment with spray paint and optical illusions. 🇪🇪

Fun fact: Rakvere is home to the Estonian Police Museum, but don't worry—our graffiti workshops are 100% legal, safe, and encouraged by the local creative community! 👮‍♂️🎨
