Do I need any previous art experience to join the pop-up?

Absolutely! Our pop-up events in Rakvere are designed for everyone, regardless of artistic background. Our professional artists guide you through the basics of spray painting, lettering, and shading. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve in just one session. We focus on the 'fun' in Graffitifun, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere where you can experiment and learn at your own pace without any pressure.

What should I wear and do you provide safety gear?

Safety and comfort are our priorities. We provide high-quality protective overalls, gloves, and professional masks to keep your clothes clean and your lungs safe. Because we use spray paint, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a tiny bit of dust on. We bring everything else, from the premium spray cans to the boards we'll be painting on!

How long does a typical pop-up workshop last?

Pop-up workshops usually last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. This gives us enough time for a brief introduction, a demonstration of techniques, individual practice, and the final creation of your masterpiece. It’s the perfect length to stay energised and engaged without getting tired. If you're planning a specific schedule for your visit to Rakvere, we can often adjust the timing to suit your needs.

Do I need to pay in advance to book a spot?

We believe in flexibility and trust. You don't need to pay anything upfront when you book your spot. Payment is handled after the workshop is complete. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. This 'pay later' policy ensures that you are 100% satisfied with the experience we've provided before any money changes hands. It's all part of our commitment to a stress-free event.

Are the materials included in the price?

Yes, we provide everything! Your booking includes premium spray paint in a huge variety of vibrant colours, professional-grade caps (nozzles), protective gear, and the surfaces we paint on. You literally just need to turn up with an open mind and a bit of energy. We even handle the set-up and the clean-up afterwards, leaving the location exactly as we found it.

Is there an age limit for the graffiti workshop?

Our pop-up events are generally designed for ages 8 and up. Graffiti requires a certain amount of finger strength to press the spray caps, but we have special 'soft' caps available for younger participants or those with less grip strength. It’s a fantastic family activity where kids and parents can create art side-by-side. We always ensure a safe and supportive environment for all ages.

Local culture

Rakvere might be famous for its legendary Tarvas statue and the sprawling medieval castle, but there's a modern, creative pulse beating through the city that’s just waiting to be tapped into. Our pop-up events aim to blend this historic Estonian backdrop with the contemporary 'wildstyle' of international graffiti. We often set up near local creative hubs or accessible public spaces, adding a splash of temporary colour to the city's unique landscape. 🎨

Fun Fact: Rakvere is known for its quirky spirit—like the famous Christmas tree installations made of recycled windows. Our graffiti workshops match that same inventive, 'out-of-the-box' Estonian energy! 🇪🇪

While larger cities like Tallinn or Tartu have well-known street art scenes, Rakvere offers a more intimate setting where you can truly focus on your craft. It's the perfect stop-off between Narva and the capital for anyone looking for a creative boost.
